How to beat Food Hunt: Pixel Puzzle Level 254 — full solution
- Tap the White 5 jar, Grey 10 jar, and Dark Grey 10 jar from the front row. White and Grey ants eat the steam curls and bone highlights while Dark Grey clears the outer outline.
- Tap the Black 16 jar, followed by the newly uncovered Brown 14 jar. Black ants remove the surrounding border of the ham and cut slice, while Brown ants eat the cooked crust edge.
- Tap the Red 35 jar, Orange 15 jar, and Brown 12 jar from the active front rows. Red begins eating the cut surface of the ham slice, while Orange and Brown clear the meat rind.
- Tap the Dark Grey 16 jar, Orange 41 jar, and White 25 jar. White ants finish the inner bone marrow while Orange and Dark Grey strip deeper layers of the roast body.
- Tap the Brown 16 jar, Orange 13 jar, Brown 12 jar, and Brown 14 jar. Brown and Orange ants work together across the large outer roast section, reducing the main ham bulk.
- Tap the Red 22 jar, Hot Pink 3 jar, and Brown 5 jar as they unblock. Red and Hot Pink ants consume the remaining pink slice meat and ham interior.
- Tap the Orange 2 jar, Orange 15 jar, and Black 56 jar. The Black jar clears remaining dark boundary pixels along the upper crust.
- Tap the Orange 9 jar, White 23 jar, and Red 37 jar. White and Red ants eat the remaining bone shaft pixels and meat core.
- Tap the Brown 5 jar, White 7 jar, Orange 2 jar, and Orange 38 jar. Ants strip the final bone tip and residual meat layers across the top of the ham.
- Tap the Black 35 jar and the final Red 1 jar. Black removes the final frame edge and Red eats the very last meat pixel to clear the board.

Moves that cost you the level
- Tapping large Red jars before Black and Brown clear the outlines → Red meat pixels remain shielded inside the slice and the bays stall out.
- Tapping Orange 41 while bays are full of slow-moving Black jars → Orange ants cannot empty fast enough and block incoming bone jars.
Quick tips for Level 254
- Expose outer outlines using Black and Grey before committing high-count Red or Pink jars to bays.
- Clear White jars early whenever steam or bone sections are reachable to keep grid rows cycling forward.
Board breakdown5 notes
- Layout
- The picture shows a large cooked ham with a white bone handle and a sliced cutlet below it, flanked by steam wisps. Five bays sit above a multi-row grid of jars.
- Goal
- Clear all pixel tiles from the ham, slice, bone, and steam curls by deploying matching coloured jars into the five bays.
- Opening
- Start with the front-row White 5, Grey 10, and Dark Grey 10 jars to safely eat the exposed steam and outer outlines without stalling bays.
- Trap
- The Red 35 jar in the back row is tempting to deploy quickly, but the red meat of the ham is heavily enclosed by Dark Grey and Brown outlines that must be removed first.
- Mechanic
- Standard colour matching with exposed outer edge requirement. Jars remain in bays until their ant count hits zero.
