How to beat Food Hunt: Pixel Puzzle Level 253 — full solution
- Tap the Yellow 43 jar (front row, far right), the Yellow 40 jar (front row, center), and the Brown 27 jar (front row, second from left). They start clearing the outer yellow frame and brown desert borders while unblocking lower rows.
- Tap revealed Orange jars and further Yellow jars to feed into the remaining bays. The ants strip the outer sky and the surrounding borders, keeping four to five bays cycling continuously.
- Deploy the Yellow and Grey jars as bays empty, then tap the Hammer 15 jar to collect black pixels. The perimeter yellow and brown pixels clear away, exposing the white wind trails and the edges of the purple tornado.
- Release the Pink 10 and Lilac 8 jars into the open bays alongside the remaining Grey and Orange jars. Ants begin eating the outer rim of the tornado and the desert cacti.
- Fill open bays with White jars and the revealed Brown 28 and Pink 5 jars. This strips the white wind currents around the funnel and continues chipping away at the background scenery.
- Tap the next Hammer jar along with White 12, Yellow 14, and Pink 22 jars. The hammer strikes the plank, reducing its count from 3 down to 2 while the tornado core shrinks.
- Deploy the remaining Grey, Brown, and Orange jars to clean up the cacti and bottom landscape. A second hammer hit reduces the plank counter to 1, exposing the base pixels.
- Break the final plank hit with the Dark Grey Hammer jar, then release the Cyan, Purple, and Yellow jars to consume the tornado base. Finish by clearing the Yellow 13, Purple 3, Brown 6, and Dark Grey 3 jars to empty the board.

Moves that cost you the level
- Tapping the Purple 20 jar early → the purple tornado core is shielded behind white wind trails and outer border pixels, so the jar stalls in a bay and causes a gridlock.
- Ignoring the Hammer jars → pixels trapped under the plank marked 3 cannot be eaten until all three hammer strikes connect, leaving jars stalled if called too soon.
Quick tips for Level 253
- Work from the outer frame inward: clear yellow and orange sky pixels first to naturally reveal the interior colors.
- Prioritize hammer jars as soon as black pixels are accessible so the plank breaks before your bays fill up.
Board breakdown5 notes
- Layout
- The picture depicts a purple tornado spinning in a desert with cacti under a yellow-orange sky. Below the picture sits a five-bay rack and a deep jar grid containing revealed and mystery jars.
- Goal
- Clear all pixels from the picture by deploying matching jars into five available bays, breaking the 3-hit wooden plank along the way.
- Opening
- Begin with the Yellow 43, Yellow 40, and Brown 27 jars from the front row to eat the freely exposed sky and border pixels.
- Trap
- The central purple tornado is completely insulated by white wind spirals and outer pixels; tapping purple jars early permanently clogs a bay.
- Mechanic
- Hammer jars collect black pixels to strike and eventually break the numbered wooden plank, unlocking the pixels underneath.
