How to beat Colony Flow! Level 400 — full solution

  1. Tap the Cyan 6 box, row 3 centre, and the Orange 18 box, row 1 right. Cyan strips the lower jacket blocks, opening room for adjacent colours.
  2. Tap the linked White 25 and Black 45 pair in rows 1 and 2 right. Ants peel away the outer black outlines and white skull blocks.
  3. Tap the Brown 25 box in row 1 centre and the linked Yellow 30 + Yellow 25 pair across row 1 left. The horn and instrument accents begin clearing.
  4. Tap the Brown 35 box and Yellow 22 box in the lower rows to continue chewing through the instrument body and face outline.
  5. Tap the Hot Pink 40 and Hot Pink 25 boxes, then the Hot Pink 35 box from the left column to break up the outer frame layers.
  6. Tap the White 30 box, White 9 box, and Brown 21 box to clear the remaining face, eyes, and upper horn detailing.
  7. Tap the Red 35, Red 30, Red 33, and Red 25 boxes from the centre column to dismantle the massive red background wall.
  8. Tap the final Red 7 box to carry away the last lingering red border blocks and finish the level.

Moves that cost you the level

  • Tapping the central Red boxes too early → Red fills the background and cannot be reached until the foreground figure is cleared, stalling slots completely.
  • Triggering the linked Yellow 30 + Yellow 25 pair with fewer than two empty slots → the pair cannot deploy and locks the top row.

Quick tips for Level 400

  • Prioritize Cyan and Black first to break open the lower-left jacket and face outlines.
  • Keep at least two slots open whenever preparing to tap a linked pair.
Board breakdown5 notes
Layout
A square pixel-art board showing a skeleton face, blue coat, and golden horn against a solid red musical background. Five slots sit above a deep stack with several linked pairs.
Goal
Clear all 300 coloured blocks from the board into the nest.
Opening
Tap Cyan 6 and Orange 18 to remove outer blocks on the jacket and musical notes, opening paths to the inner layers.
Trap
The Red boxes in the lower stack: Red comprises the large background canvas, which remains partially shielded by the foreground character until late in the level.
Mechanic
Linked boxes joined by connectors deploy together and require two unoccupied slots simultaneously.

Level 400 questions

  • What should I tap first on Level 400?

Tap the exposed Cyan 6 and Orange 18 boxes. These target the outer elements without cluttering slots.

  • Why do my Red boxes stop moving?

Red blocks form the back wall and music background. If any foreground character blocks remain on their edges, the ants cannot reach the red tiles.
