Colony Flow! Level 1 Walkthrough
Level 1 features a pixel-art star composed of orange, yellow, and white blocks. Send orange and yellow ant boxes into the slots first to strip the outer star layers before tapping white boxes. This prevents white ant boxes from stalling in slots while the center remains covered.

How to beat Colony Flow! Level 1 — full solution
- Tap the Orange 14 box in the front row, left. It deploys orange ants to dismantle the bottom edges of the star, leaving four slots free.
- Tap the Yellow 15 box in the front row, left. It sends yellow ants to strip newly exposed yellow blocks on the star's lower points, occupying slot one.
- Tap the White 4 box in the front row, right. It enters slot two to wait until the central white core becomes exposed.
- Tap the Yellow 15 box in the front row, middle. It enters slot three and sends more yellow ants to harvest exposed yellow star blocks.
- Tap the Orange 14 box in the front row, right. It occupies slot four and sends orange ants to strip the remaining outer orange tips of the star.
- Tap the Yellow 15 box in the front row, right. It moves into slot five to continue clearing exposed yellow blocks across the upper star.
- Tap the White 4 box in the front row, left. It enters the newly freed slot one to collect white core blocks as the center opens up.
- Tap the White 4 box in the front row, middle. It slides into slot two to quickly finish clearing the white center blocks.
- Tap the Orange 14 box in the front row, middle. It fills slot three to clear the final orange peak blocks and complete the star.

Moves that cost you the level
- Tapping the front-right White 4 box before clearing enough orange and yellow blocks → white blocks are completely covered, leaving the box stuck in a slot until other colours expose the core.
Quick tips for Level 1
- Focus on clearing perimeter colours before inner colours so interior ant boxes do not sit idle in slots.
- Keep at least two slots open to avoid clogging the board when multiple boxes are working simultaneously.

- Layout
- A five-pointed star made of orange border blocks, yellow inner blocks, and white core blocks sits above a single nest hole and five holding slots. Below the slots, a 3x3 stack contains nine ant boxes arranged in three columns.
- Goal
- Clear all coloured blocks from the star by sending ant boxes into slots until all nine boxes empty and leave.
- Opening
- Tap the Orange 14 box on the front-left stack; its ants immediately dismantle the exposed lower perimeter of the star.
- Trap
- Tapping White 4 too early when white blocks are completely enclosed by orange and yellow layers leaves it stuck in a slot.
- Mechanic
- Ants can only collect exposed edge blocks matching their colour; boxes remain stuck in slots if their colour has no outer blocks exposed.
