How to beat Colony Flow! Level 167 — full solution
- Tap the Black 7 box from the front row, then the White 40 box on the far left, followed by the linked Brown 18 + Black 45 pair. The ants remove exposed black borders and lower-left white fur, beginning the assault on the central chocolate bar.
- Tap the linked Red 16 + Red 13 pair and the Beige 20 box into the freed slots once the initial black and white boxes finish. Ants clear red accents and lower facial shading while chipping the chocolate bar down past 400.
- Send in the linked Black 25 + Cyan 28 pair and a White box as earlier slots empty. Cyan ants strip the bottom-right border and black ants continue eating away the dark features, reducing the chocolate bar count below 100.
- Tap the linked Purple 30 + Purple 40 pair into the bays. Purple ants strip the large purple rectangular section in the bottom-right quadrant of the portrait, exposing adjacent green and red blocks.
- Tap the linked White 45 + Red 45 pair and the Beige 35 box. Red ants tackle the dog's collar and ear linings, while white ants carve deep into the muzzle and head, fully breaking the chocolate obstacle.
- Tap the linked Black 30 + Black 45 pair and the Green 19 box. Ants clear the green side highlights and dark eye outlines, leaving only the upper skull and forehead patches intact.
- Deploy the remaining Beige and White boxes from the stack. White ants pick away the final white facial blocks at the top of the portrait to win the level.

Moves that cost you the level
- Tapping the linked Purple 30 + Purple 40 pair before the cyan border below it is cleared → the purple area remains blocked and both purple boxes stay stuck in the slots, causing a game over.
Quick tips for Level 167
- Linked boxes require two free slots simultaneously, so always plan their release right after an active pair finishes counting down.
- Focus white ants on clearing blocks adjacent to the chocolate bar so multiple ant streams can attack it concurrently.
Board breakdown5 notes
- Layout
- The picture is a pixel-art portrait of a dog with red ears, beige shading, and a multi-colored background, centered over a chocolate bar obstacle. Below the nest are five empty slots and a deep stack containing single boxes, horizontal linked pairs, and diagonal/vertical linked pairs.
- Goal
- Clear all colored pixel blocks and deplete the central chocolate obstacle to empty the board.
- Opening
- Tap the Black 7 and White 40 boxes, followed by the linked Brown 18 + Black 45 pair. These immediately begin stripping exposed border lines and lower fur without filling all slots.
- Trap
- Deploying the linked Purple pair before clearing the cyan and red blocks bordering it can lock up two slots indefinitely.
- Mechanic
- Linked boxes share a connecting bar and must be deployed together, occupying two slots at once. The chocolate bar acts as a sturdy obstacle that absorbs ant hits before revealing blocks underneath.
