Food Hunt: Pixel Puzzle Level 46 Walkthrough

normal Live 8 colours / pieces Checked September 21, 2026

Level 46 depicts three toy letter blocks marked A, B, and C with 500 total pixels. Peel away the outer framing using Cyan, Blue, and Grey jars before tapping interior Hot Pink or Yellow jars. Managing bay capacity is key while stripping the outer shell.

How to beat Food Hunt: Pixel Puzzle Level 46 — full solution

  1. Tap Grey 50, Yellow 22, Blue 20, and Cyan 15 from the front row. Cyan eats the outer blue-cyan block edge, Blue and Grey clear exposed borders, and Yellow takes initial letters, unblocking the second row.
  2. Send White 40 (revealed in row 2) into an open bay, followed by Blue 28 and Blue 25 from the lower rows as bays clear. The outer blue border of block C strips away, exposing the interior Orange and White pixels.
  3. Tap Orange 35 and Orange 28 to eat the exposed B block frame and revealed Orange pixels behind the C block. Keep sending newly accessible Blue jars (such as Blue 24) to completely dismantle the right block's shell.
  4. Tap White 28 and White 19 to feed on the inner letter structures and white backgrounds of the blocks. As lower rows expose, tap Orange 16 and Yellow 19 to keep front clearing active.
  5. Tap Hot Pink 16 and Hot Pink 10 to target the A block's lettering as its purple/pink frame becomes reachable. Mix in Grey 37 and Black/Dark Grey borders to strip block A's bottom edges.
  6. Deploy Blue 14, Blue 40, and Cyan jars to strip down the remaining blue pixels on block C's heart and side walls. Follow up with Yellow 10 and Yellow 20 to finish off block B's body.
  7. Tap Hot Pink 57, Purple 35, and Purple 41 to work heavily on block A as the bottom two blocks disappear. Tap White 26 and White 2 to clear interior letter fills.
  8. Send Purple 18, Hot Pink 3, Hot Pink 11, and Purple 14 into the bays to consume block A's main bulk and roof.
  9. Tap the final Hot Pink 13, White 2, Hot Pink 1, and White 2 jars to clean up the last few pixels of block A and finish the level.

Moves that cost you the level

  • Tapping Hot Pink 16 or Purple jars in the very first turn → block A is almost entirely insulated by outer Grey, Cyan, and Blue borders, causing the jar to stall indefinitely and choke a bay.
  • Overfilling the bays with multiple Yellow jars early → block B's Yellow pixels are capped by Orange and White boundaries, easily causing an early loss.

Quick tips for Level 46

  • Prioritize Cyan and Blue jars early; block C on the right is the easiest to peel open quickly.
  • Watch the colour counters on the blocks to verify whether a colour has free exposed perimeter pixels before placing its jar.
Board breakdown5 notes
Layout
Three alphabet blocks arranged in a pyramid: block A (purple/pink) on top, block B (orange/yellow) on the bottom left, and block C (blue/cyan) on the bottom right.
Goal
Consume all 500 pixels across the three blocks using jars from the grid.
Opening
Start by tapping Cyan 15 and Blue 20 along with Grey 50 to eat the outermost exposed edges of the structure.
Trap
Purple and Hot Pink are buried inside block A at the top; tapping high-value Hot Pink jars before the exterior grey frame is dismantled will cause a game-ending bay stall.
Mechanic
Layered pixel exposure: pixels can only be targeted by ants once an adjacent outer face or edge has been cleared.

Level 46 questions
