Food Hunt: Pixel Puzzle Level 43 Walkthrough
Level 43 depicts an omelette rice plate with ketchup on a checkered placemat. Clear the surrounding placemat and omelette egg before tackling the buried ketchup sauce. Tapping the red jar too early clogs a bay while the sauce remains sealed beneath yellow egg.

How to beat Food Hunt: Pixel Puzzle Level 43 — full solution
- Tap Pink 50 (row 1, col 1), Lilac 43 (row 2, col 2), Red 25 (row 1, col 2), Cyan 6 (row 2, col 1), and Green 16 into the bays. Pink 50 clears the lower placemat and leaves; Green 16, Lilac 7, Red 15, and Cyan 6 occupy four bays.
- Allow Cyan 6 and Lilac 7 to finish and depart. Tap Yellow 14 (front row, col 1), Orange 11, and Purple 13 (front row, right) into the freed bays. Yellow and Orange begin chipping the food perimeter while Red 15 stalls in bay 3.
- Wait as Purple 13 counts down to Lilac 6 by clearing upper wall tiles, while Yellow 14 and Orange 11 continue paring down the egg outline. Red 15 remains stuck in bay 3 with no exposed ketchup pixels. Cyan 24, Red 18, and White 12 are uncovered.
- Lilac 6 clears from bay 5. Tap White 12 (front row, col 4) into bay 5, which eats the plate rim down to White 1. Orange 11 and Yellow 14 finish exposing the red ketchup line. Four bays are in use.
- White 1, Orange 11, and Green 16 finish and leave. With ketchup finally exposed, Red 15 completes and vacates bay 3. Tap Yellow 23, Cyan 20, Purple 8, and Orange 8 in any order. The omelette center clears.
- Allow Yellow 23, Purple 8, and Orange 8 to finish. Cyan 20 counts down to 10 while Green 19, White 7, and Hot Pink 15 enter the bays in any order. The inner dish, garnish, and placemat borders are cleared.
- Cyan 10, Green 19, White 7, and Hot Pink 15 depart. Tap Green 14, Dark Grey 5, Green 17, and Yellow 29 into the open bays. The plate outline and garnish leaves are largely dismantled, leaving one bay free.
- Dark Grey 5 and Yellow 29 finish and leave. Tap Light Green 4, Green 3, Orange 3, and Dark Blue 2 in any order into the bays. The remaining garnish and plate border pixels are consumed.
- The active Light Green 4, Green 3, Orange 3, and Dark Blue 2 jars finish their counts. Clear any remaining dark grey or red fragments with the final front jars to finish the board.

Moves that cost you the level
- Tapping Red 25 early without clearing yellow egg first → the ketchup squiggle is buried inside the omelette, causing Red 15 to stall in bay 3 for multiple minutes and creating severe bay pressure.
- Filling all five bays with garnish colours (Green, Cyan, Dark Green) before opening White 12 → plate rim pixels block access to the lower layers, resulting in a full stall.
Quick tips for Level 43
- Strip outer placemat pixels using Pink and Lilac before committing to the main food dish.
- Prioritize Yellow jars over Red jars so the egg surface dissolves to expose the red sauce underneath.
Board breakdown5 notes
- Layout
- An omurice dish with ketchup, green parsley garnish, and a dark rim sits on a pink checkered placemat. The jar grid displays three rows of four jars above the booster row.
- Goal
- Eat all pixels composing the placemat, plate rim, egg, garnish, and ketchup using jars fed from the grid.
- Opening
- Tap Pink 50 from the front row to strip the vast bottom placemat, then send Lilac and Cyan to work on the exterior edges.
- Trap
- Red 25 is tempting in the opening row, but only a few red edge pixels exist initially; the rest are buried under the yellow omelette, locking a bay indefinitely.
- Mechanic
- Pixel layering requires unsealing outer border colours (Pink, White, Yellow) before inner details (Red ketchup) can be consumed.
Level 43 questions
-
Why is my red jar stuck on Level 43?
Red ketchup pixels are locked inside the yellow omelette. You must tap Yellow jars to eat the egg surface before the red jar can resume counting down.
