How to beat Food Hunt: Pixel Puzzle Level 401 — full solution
- Tap the initial stream of jars from the left dispenser column into the five bays: Pink 27, Black 42, Green 13, Beige 12, and Light Blue 36. Their ants eat the outer checkerboard floor, fan blades, table edge, and wallpaper border.
- As Pink 27 empties, tap Light Blue 21 from column 1 into the freed bay. The ants finish the lower pink floor tiles and continue stripping the fan cage and beige walls.
- When Black 42 and Beige 12 clear, tap Black 34 from the dispenser into bay 2 and White 20 into bay 1. The ants strip the outer white floor tiles and the dark fan rim, opening up the desk surface.
- Release Cyan 17 from column 1 and tap Lilac 26 from row 1, column 4. Cyan ants devour the window blinds while Lilac ants consume the floor pattern, freeing up two bays.
- Tap Brown 21 and Yellow 26 from the grid into the open bays. Brown ants clear the desk edge beneath the cat, while Yellow ants strip the yellow wall section behind the fan.
- Tap Hot Pink 18 from row 1, column 2 and Black 74 from the dispenser. Hot Pink ants eat the cat's ear and face accents while Black ants dismantle the heavy fan grille.
- Deploy White 35 from column 1 and Yellow 39 from the grid into the bays. White ants clear the cat's belly and paws, and Yellow ants clear the lower wall.
- Tap Brown 41, Lilac 8, and Light Blue 26 into the bays. The ants finish the desk legs, the remaining floor tiles, and the fan stand.
- Tap Black 19, Black 28, and Brown 26 from the final dispenser feed to clear the fan motor hub and cat markings, finishing with White 56 to remove the final pixels.

Moves that cost you the level
- Tapping Hot Pink 18 from row 1, column 2 on the opening move → Hot Pink pixels are buried deep in the cat's face and ears, causing the jar to stall in a bay for most of the stage.
- Calling White jars before stripping the floor and fan frame → White pixels on the cat cannot be reached until the outer borders and desk surface are dismantled.
- Emptying the dispenser column too quickly without matching active bays to exposed borders → bays fill up with unexposed inner colours and cause an immediate stall.
Quick tips for Level 401
- Use the left dispenser column to cycle through large outer border colours before touching the stationary grid columns.
- Strip the window blinds and fan cage early to expose the cat resting on the table behind them.
- Keep at least one bay open when taking high-count jars so you do not get stuck on slow counts.
