How to beat Food Hunt: Pixel Puzzle Level 319 — full solution
- Tap the front row Blue 31 (column 1), Cyan 32 (column 2), Blue 31 (column 3), and Cyan 32 (column 4). Ants clear the outer perimeter of the blue ocean frame, leaving two bays active with Blue 2 and Cyan 9.
- Tap the front row Cyan 48 (column 1), Grey 7 (column 2), Cyan 38 (column 3), and Cyan 26 (column 4). The ants finish the water borders and expose the top whale fin and outer squid edges, leaving three bays open.
- Send Lilac 10 (row 1, column 1), Grey 32 (row 1, column 2), and Grey 18 (row 1, column 3) to the bays. Grey ants begin eating the whale's lower body while Lilac targets the whale's upper dorsal patterns.
- Tap Red 30 (front row, column 1), White 2 (revealed), and Grey 54 (row 1, far right). The ants peel away the bottom whale belly and expose the lower squid tentacles, while White strips the whale mouth outline.
- Send Red 48 (front row, left), Lilac 14 (front row, right), and Cyan 23 (row 1, column 2) to the bays. Red ants chew through the lower tentacles wrapped around the whale while Cyan strips the water pocket between them.
- Tap Lilac 8 (bay 4), Black 2 (bay 5), and Red 44 (front row, left). Black removes dark outlines around the squid head and whale eye, while Red rapidly reduces the main squid mantle.
- Send Blue 51 (row 1, column 1) and Red 53 (row 1, column 4) to the bays, followed by White 7 (revealed). Blue clears the remaining water backdrop behind the whale's tail as Red finishes the upper mantle.
- Tap Lilac 18 (row 1, column 2), Grey 27 (bay 1), and Black 12 (front row, left) to clean the whale fin and squid eye.
- Tap Red 14 (front row, column 2), White 3 (front row, column 3), Blue 1 (front row, column 4), and Red 13 (front row, far right). The final ants clear the remaining pixels on the board.

Moves that cost you the level
- Tapping Red jars before clearing the Grey whale → the squid's tentacles are wrapped behind and under the whale body, causing Red jars to stall in bays.
- Releasing Lilac 20 on opening before clearing the background water → Lilac pixels inside the whale tail are completely unexposed, wasting a bay.
Quick tips for Level 319
- Prioritize Cyan and Blue jars until the entire background perimeter disappears so all edge pixels of the whale and squid become exposed.
- Clear Grey jars before Red jars because the whale overlaps several squid tentacles.
Board breakdown5 notes
- Layout
- The picture shows a giant Red squid wrapped around a Grey whale against a Blue and Cyan ocean background. Five bays sit above a 4-column jar grid containing visible and Mystery jars.
- Goal
- Clear all pixels of the squid, whale, and background water by matching coloured jars to exposed pixels.
- Opening
- Tap the four front Cyan and Blue jars to strip the outer frame of water surrounding the two creatures.
- Trap
- Tapping large Red jars early stalls the bays because the central squid body is blocked by the whale's torso and tail.
- Mechanic
- Mystery jars marked with '?' reveal their colour and number once the jar in front of them is dispatched to a bay.
Level 319 questions
-
Which colours should I tap first on Level 319?
Clear Cyan and Blue jars first to eat away the ocean border and fully expose the outer edges of the whale and squid.
-
Why do my Red jars stall on Level 319?
Red pixels forming the squid's tentacles are hidden beneath Grey whale pixels. Clear the Grey whale sections first to expose the Red tentacle layers.
