How to beat Food Hunt: Pixel Puzzle Level 171 — full solution

  1. Tap Cyan 50, Dark Blue 35, Dark Grey 20, and White 30 from the front row in any order, followed by the first Hammer jar. Ants eat the outer sky frame and strike the left plank down to 2, filling bays with Brown 20, Blue 27, Cyan 31, Dark Grey 14, and Light Blue 8.
  2. Send in Yellow 18, Dark Grey 10, Brown 20, and Cyan 31 as bays free up. Ants strip the upper edge of the canopy stripes and sky border, bringing bays to Red 7, Green 7, Yellow 21, and Light Green 12 while dropping the right plank to 1266.
  3. Release Cyan 52, Orange 11, White 6, Light Green 15, and Blue 27 in any order. The ants eat through the parachute canopy and harness lines, dropping the right plank counter to 1060 with one bay momentarily free.
  4. Tap Cyan 53, Orange 5, Dark Grey 4, and Blue 23. Ants consume the skydiver figure and cloud edges, clearing stalled colors and driving the right plank down to 811 pixels remaining.
  5. Deploy Blue 24, Yellow 7, Cyan 9, Orange 19, and Light Blue 28 to clear the middle sky and lower canopy pixels. The board counter drops to 512 with the left plank down to 1 hit.
  6. Cycle Blue 16, Cyan 28, Light Green 23, and Orange 10, then trigger the final Hammer hit. The left plank shatters completely, freeing White 13, Cyan 8, Light Blue 4, Orange 8, and Red 22 to clear the left cloud.
  7. Target the remaining central canopy and sky using Yellow 8, Light Blue 7, Blue 33, White 2, and Red 22. Ants grind the large right plank counter from 230 down to 0, shattering the large plank.
  8. Send Light Blue 43, Cyan 1, Blue 28, and Red 15 into the newly opened space under the shattered plank. Finish the level by tapping Light Green 3 and Blue 10 to clean up the final exposed pixels.

Moves that cost you the level

  • Tapping Red 24 or Purple 6 early → neither color is exposed around the border or canopy until the skydiver and parachute cords are reached, causing those jars to stall and choke your bays.
  • Ignoring the left 3-hit plank → failing to break the small plank traps White and Cyan cloud pixels, preventing jars beneath them from clearing in time.

Quick tips for Level 171

  • Prioritize Cyan, Blue, and Light Blue jars early on because outer sky pixels make up the majority of exposed targets.
  • Hammer jars must be cleared as soon as they appear in the front row to chip away at the left plank without stalling bays.
Board breakdown5 notes
Layout
The picture depicts a skydiver hanging under a colorful paraglider canopy against a blue sky with white clouds. A 3-hit plank covers the lower-left cloud, and a 1700-pixel plank covers the right side.
Goal
Remove all 1700+ pixels of the paraglider picture and smash both planks using jars from the grid.
Opening
Tap the four front jars (Cyan 50, Dark Blue 35, Dark Grey 20, and White 30) to immediately begin clearing the exposed outer sky frame and border.
Trap
The Red and Purple jars buried in the second and third rows have very few exposed pixels until the skydiver's suit and inner canopy are uncovered; bringing them forward prematurely blocks critical bay space.
Mechanic
Planks block all pixels beneath them from being eaten; Hammer jars must hit the small plank three times to destroy it, while the large plank counts down and shatters once exposed pixels around it are cleared.

Level 171 questions

  • How do I break the plank on the bottom-left cloud in Level 171?

Tap Hammer jars as they appear in the jar queue. Each completed Hammer jar delivers one hit to the plank; three hits smash it completely.
