How to beat Food Hunt: Pixel Puzzle Level 143 — full solution
- Tap the Yellow 36 jar, Brown 38 jar, Cyan 11 jar, and Lilac 27 jar from the front rows. Ants eat matching exposed outer pixels on the yellow background, brown border, and cyan feather tip, filling four bays.
- Allow the Brown and Yellow jars to clear. Tap the Orange 20 jar and White 20 jar into the freed bays. Orange ants strip the background border while Lilac and Cyan continue eating their edges down.
- Tap the revealed Lilac 27 jar and Brown 38 jar into open bays as earlier jars empty. Ants consume brown branch pixels and lilac border tiles, peeling back the outer frame.
- Tap the Brown 29 jar and Orange 56 jar. The ants eat the remaining autumn background patches and lower branch sections, exposing the dark grey bird outline.
- Deploy the Pink 41 jar and Brown 45 jar to bays. Ants clear the pink background highlights and remaining branch details, completely clearing both colors and freeing up the bays.
- Tap the Dark Grey 33 jar, Cyan 9 jar, Blue 29 jar, Cyan 2 jar, and Cyan 14 jar. Ants strip the outer cyan feathers, blue wing plumage, and dark grey silhouette.
- Deploy the Dark Grey 105 jar, Blue 30 jar, and Blue 22 jar to bays. Ants continue eating through the bird's dark grey outline and blue upper wing, bringing the pixel count down significantly.
- Tap the Pink 11 jar, Yellow 26 jar, Yellow 50 jar, Brown 25 jar, and Orange 23 jar to bays. Ants eat the remaining yellow and orange background clusters surrounding the bird.
- Deploy the White 15 jar, White 13 jar, Cyan 3 jar, and Yellow 49 jar. Ants clear the bird's white cheek and breast along with remaining plumage highlights.
- Tap the Dark Grey 25 jar, Blue 2 jar, and Purple 8 jar. The final ants eat the last outline and wing pixels, clearing the board and completing the level.

Moves that cost you the level
- Tapping White jars in the opening → White pixels are located on the bird's inner belly and face, which are entirely shielded by outer layers, causing the jar to stall indefinitely.
- Tapping Dark Grey jars before the outer background is gone → Dark grey outlines only expose a few outer edges early on, locking up a bay.
Quick tips for Level 143
- Work from the outside inwards: remove the background yellow, orange, and brown borders before attempting to clear the bird.
- Always maintain at least one empty bay so high-count jars do not stall your queue when edge pixels run out.
Board breakdown5 notes
- Layout
- A 1500-pixel bird illustration resting on a branch against an autumn frame. Five bays sit above a four-column jar grid.
- Goal
- Clear all 1500 pixels of the bird, branch, and multi-colored background by matching jar colors to exposed edges.
- Opening
- Start with Yellow 36, Brown 38, Cyan 11, and Lilac 27 to strip the perimeter tiles safely.
- Trap
- White jars in the early game: the bird's white chest is fully buried beneath dark grey outline pixels and cannot be eaten until late in the solve.
- Mechanic
- Mystery jars marked with '?' reveal their true color and count once front jars in their column are cleared.
Level 143 questions
-
Why do my White jars stop eating on Level 143?
White pixels form the bird's inner belly and face. They cannot be eaten until the surrounding dark grey outlines and outer plumage are cleared away.
