Colony Flow! level guide
Colony Flow! Level 43 Walkthrough
Level 43 features a Kirby pixel-art portrait using six distinct colours. Focus on clearing the surrounding Light Blue background and Black outline before committing boxes for internal details like the eyes. Avoid tapping Blue or White early, as their blocks remain buried inside the face until the body is stripped.
How to beat Colony Flow! Level 43 — full solution
- Tap Light Blue 35 (col 1), Pink 35 (col 2), Light Blue 35 (col 3), Hot Pink 35 (col 4), and Black 20 (col 5) from the front row. Light Blue and Black ants strip the outer background and lower border; Pink and Hot Pink wait safely until inner edges expose.
- Tap Light Blue 35 (col 3), Light Blue 30 (col 2), and Light Blue 32 (col 4) as slots open. Light Blue ants eat away the lower background corners, uncovering Kirby's Hot Pink feet and Pink body so the parked boxes begin draining.
- Tap Hot Pink 35 (col 1), Hot Pink 30 (col 2), Black 20 (col 5), and Hot Pink 30 (col 3). Hot Pink ants quickly strip both feet down to the outline, while Black removes the lower base blocks; two slots become free.
- Tap the revealed Black 24 mystery box (col 1), Light Blue 4 (col 5), Hot Pink 35 (col 3), and Black 20 (col 4). Black removes the side borders, opening access to Kirby's lower torso and sides while Hot Pink finishes the cheeks.
- Tap Hot Pink 30 (col 2), Pink 35 (col 1), Hot Pink 35 (col 3), and Hot Pink 30 (col 4). Pink and Hot Pink strip the lower belly and cheek blush, exposing the black mouth line and the base of the eyes.
- Tap Pink 30 (col 2), Pink 30 (col 3), Black 25 (col 4), and Light Blue 30 (col 4). Pink consumes the central torso blocks, Black carries away the mouth, and Light Blue cleans up remaining lower background pixels.
- Tap Black 35 (col 3), Black 25 (col 4), Pink 35 (col 2), and Hot Pink 35 (col 3). Black strips the arm outlines and sides, while Pink and Hot Pink clear the arms and upper cheek edges, exposing the eye cavities.
- Tap Pink 30 (col 1), Hot Pink 25 (col 3), Light Blue 35 (col 4), and Light Blue 25 (col 4). Light Blue ants strip the upper sky area above Kirby's head, while Pink removes the forehead layer; three slots remain active.
- Tap Blue 25 (col 4), Black 25 (col 3), Hot Pink 35 (col 2), and Blue 35 (col 3). Now that the eye cavities are exposed, Blue and Black ants strip the irises and eye borders simultaneously without jamming the slots.
- Tap Pink 36 (col 1), Black 25 (col 3), Blue 42 (col 3), and Pink 35 (col 2). Blue and Pink clear the upper eye sections and top curve of the head, leaving only tiny eye glints and the last forehead blocks.
- Tap Pink 42 (col 2), Blue 4 (col 4), and White 4 (col 4). White ants collect the final eye shine pixels, Blue removes the last iris blocks, and Pink clears the remaining forehead pixels to complete the picture.
On this board:
Moves that cost you the level
- Tapping the Blue 25 box while Kirby's face is still intact -> Blue only appears in the eyes, so the box sits frozen in a slot and wastes capacity.
- Tapping the White 4 box before the eye pupils are stripped -> White blocks are tiny interior eye glints covered by Black and Blue, causing an instant stall.
Quick tips for Level 43
- Keep at least two slots dedicated to exposed outer colours like Light Blue and Black while internal colours drain.
- Look ahead in the stack for eye colours like Blue and White, holding them back until the face is hollowed out.
- Alternate between Pink body boxes and Hot Pink cheek boxes to avoid stalling when one feature is temporarily depleted.
Board breakdown5 notes
- Layout
- A square pixel canvas showing Kirby against a light blue background sits above two nest holes, five slots, and a scrolling stack of five-column box rows.
- Goal
- Remove all coloured blocks from the Kirby portrait by feeding matching ant boxes into the five slots.
- Opening
- Tap three Light Blue boxes, one Pink box, and one Black box from the front row to start clearing the outer borders immediately without jamming slots.
- Trap
- Tapping Blue or White boxes early will stall them in the slots because Kirby's eyes and glints are completely enclosed by Pink and Black blocks.
- Mechanic
- Ants only target exposed perimeter blocks of their colour; internal blocks stay locked until the layers covering them are removed.
Level 43 questions
-
What should I clear first in Colony Flow! Level 43?
Start with the Light Blue background and the Black perimeter outline. Removing the exterior blocks exposes Kirby's Hot Pink feet and Pink body, letting inner colors drain smoothly.
-
Why are my Blue and White boxes not draining on Level 43?
Blue and White blocks only exist inside Kirby's eyes. They remain buried until the surrounding Pink face and Black eye outlines have been completely stripped away.
