Moves that cost you the level
- Tapping Yellow 20 on the opening row before clearing red and pink → Yellow face blocks are completely buried, so Yellow 20 clogs a slot for the entire opening sequence.
- Filling all five slots with Red boxes when only a narrow strip of hair is exposed → Red ants can only reach external edges, slowing down consumption and leaving zero buffer for incoming colors.
Quick tips for Level 42
- Prioritize perimeter colors like Pink and outer Red to peel layers off the picture and uncover nested colors.
- Keep at least one slot empty whenever possible so new front-row boxes can be drafted without locking up your board.

- Opening
- Tap Pink 20 and two Red 20 boxes to strip the outside border and top hair, creating exposed surfaces before tapping deeper colors.
