Colony Flow! Level 46 Walkthrough

normal Live 5 colours / pieces Checked September 20, 2026

Level 46 depicts a bunny framed by a thick border, featuring two padlocked boxes in the stack. Clear the outer border to collect embedded keys that unlock crucial boxes below. Overfilling the slots with inner facial colours before clearing the frame causes a deadlock.

How to beat Colony Flow! Level 46 — full solution

  1. Send the front-left Light Blue 35, front-right Light Blue 35, front-middle Blue 30, row 2 right Light Blue 35, and row 3 right Light Blue 35 into slots. Ants strip the lower and side frame blocks, filling all five slots and uncovering the yellow key embedded in the bottom border.
  2. The yellow key unlocks the front-left Light Blue 56 box. Send the unlocked front-left Light Blue 56, front-middle Light Blue 35, front-right Light Blue 30, front-left Pink 6, front-right Light Blue 30, and front-right Black 41 into open slots. The frame clears further and four slots stay active.
  3. Send the front-middle White 30, front-middle White 57, and front-middle White 54 as slots empty. White ants strip the chin and lower face, exposing the blue key hidden inside the character's cheek while Black 41 finishes the lower outline. Two slots remain free.
  4. Collecting the blue key frees the locked middle Black 40 box. Send the front-middle White 48, front-left Light Blue 35, front-right Black 36, and front-left Black 30 into the slots. White clears the middle face while Black strips the jaw outlines, leaving two slots open.
  5. Send the front-left Pink 30, front-middle Light Blue 30, front-left Pink 30, and front-middle Pink 5. Pink ants quickly remove the mouth, nose, and cheek blush, while Light Blue continues clearing the ear tips. Three slots remain active.
  6. Send the front-right Light Blue 35, front-middle White 30, and front-left Light Blue 35 into open bays. Ants strip the upper forehead and inner ear sections, rapidly shrinking the remaining picture. Four slots are in use.
  7. Send the unlocked middle Black 40, front-right Light Blue 30, and front-right Light Blue 35 into the available slots. Black ants eliminate the upper ear outline and eye details while Light Blue strips the main ear blocks, leaving only a tiny patch of pixels.
  8. Send the front-middle Light Blue 30 and front-left White 30 into the final open slots. The remaining Light Blue, White, and Black ants clear the last pixels on the forehead and ears, emptying the picture completely for the win.

Moves that cost you the level

  • Tapping the front-left Pink 6 box before the outer border is cleared → pink blocks are buried deep inside the face, leaving the box stuck and clogging a slot.
  • Sending the White boxes before the frame and outline are broken open → white face blocks have no exposed edges, freezing the white boxes in the slots.

Quick tips for Level 46

  • Always exhaust border colours like Light Blue and Blue before tapping inner colours like Pink and White.
  • Prioritise breaking towards embedded keys so locked boxes in the stack become available when you need them.
Board breakdown5 notes
Layout
A pixel-art bunny head surrounded by a Light Blue border at the top, five holding slots in the centre, and a five-row stack of boxes below with two padlocked boxes.
Goal
Carry away all pixel blocks using ant boxes from the stack without letting all five slots fill with stuck boxes.
Opening
Tap the front Light Blue and Blue boxes first to strip the outer perimeter and reveal the embedded yellow key.
Trap
Deploying Black or Pink boxes too early stalls them in the slots because their blocks are shielded behind the outer border.
Mechanic
Padlocked boxes unlock automatically once ants collect the corresponding coloured key hidden within the picture blocks.

Level 46 questions
