How to beat Colony Flow! Level 419 — full solution

  1. Tap the Dark Purple 33 box (slot 1), the Dark Purple 44 box (slot 2), and the Purple 25 box (slot 3) already positioned in the slots, then tap the White 50 box in the front row, far right. This strips the outermost dark background borders and lower-right white snow blocks.
  2. Tap the front-row Dark Purple 25 box and Black 30 box on the left, followed by the linked White 25 + White 40 pair. White ants clear the outer white snow drifts at the bottom and right edges.
  3. Tap the linked Purple 30 + Dark Purple 35 pair on the right side of the stack. Dark Purple and Purple ants clear the top-right corner background and parts of the snowman's hat.
  4. Tap the revealed front-row White 35 box and White 25 box. White ants dismantle the base and torso of the snowman, revealing the Black buttons and Orange carrot nose.
  5. Tap the Black 35 box and the revealed Orange 11 box into the slots. Orange ants remove the carrot nose and Black ants remove the hat brim and facial features.
  6. Tap the Dark Purple 50 box and Black 28 box from the front row. They gather the remaining hat blocks, eye details, and inner dark patches.
  7. Tap the revealed Purple 20 box and White 12 box into the remaining slots. They finish dismantling the remaining head blocks and the scarf, clearing all remaining blocks on the board.

Moves that cost you the level

  • Tapping the Orange 11 box before the white snowman head is cleared → Orange blocks (the carrot nose) are entirely enclosed inside the snowman face, so the Orange box stalls in a slot and wastes capacity.
  • Opening the Black 30 box while all other slots are occupied → Black blocks forming the snowman's coal buttons and mouth are buried under White blocks, causing a slot clog.

Quick tips for Level 419

  • White and Dark Purple form the entire exterior border of the picture; cycle them first to uncover the interior Orange and Black features.
  • Keep at least one slot open whenever tapping a linked box pair to prevent instant overflow.
Board breakdown5 notes
Layout
The picture is a square canvas showing a snowman with a top hat and carrot nose against a night sky. Below the nest are 5 slots, and beneath them is a multi-layered stack of ant boxes arranged in columns, including mystery boxes and linked vertical pairs.
Goal
Clear all pixel blocks of the snowman picture using ants deployed from the box stack. There is no countdown timer on this level.
Opening
Three boxes (Dark Purple 33, Dark Purple 44, and Purple 25) start immediately above the slots. Deploy the White 50 box on the right of the front row to clear outer white snow alongside the purple sky.
Trap
The Orange carrot nose and Black coal buttons are completely surrounded by White blocks. Deploying Orange or Black before their blocks are exposed stalls those boxes in the slots.
Mechanic
Linked pairs connected vertically by bars must enter the slots together, requiring two unoccupied slots simultaneously.

Level 419 questions

  • When should I tap the Orange box in Level 419?

Wait until the White boxes have stripped away the snowman's face and fully exposed the carrot nose before releasing the Orange box.
