How to beat Colony Flow! Level 26 — full solution

  1. Tap the Yellow 45 box in the front row right. It strips the bottom and right exposed yellow border blocks, reducing slot pressure while working down its count.
  2. Tap the Yellow 45 box at front middle, then the Brown 20 box, Brown 23 box, and Black 26 box. The yellow ants finish the perimeter borders while brown and black peel edges along the screen base.
  3. Tap the Blue 35 box at front middle. Blue ants strip the exposed mug tiles on the left while previous boxes finish clearing and exit their slots.
  4. Tap the Yellow 45 box, then the White 30 box, Brown 25 box, and Blue 25 box. Yellow removes the inner frame while white starts gathering exposed keys and light patterns.
  5. Tap the Black 40 box and the Light Blue 30 box. Light blue ants peel the exposed mug rim and steam while black removes outer laptop chassis blocks.
  6. Tap the Purple 35 box, Light Blue 25 box, and White 30 box. Purple ants strip the outer keyboard frame while white clears laptop screen lines.
  7. Tap the Brown 25 box, White 25 box, Yellow 45 box, and Blue 25 box. Brown and white chip away exposed keys and desk background while yellow strips upper right corner tiles.
  8. Tap the Brown 40 box, Purple 47 box, and Yellow 35 box. Purple targets exposed screen pixels as brown and yellow clear desk and ambient pixels.
  9. Tap the White 45 box and Yellow 40 box. White gathers keyboard symbols and screen accents while yellow clears the top-right background.
  10. Tap the Light Blue 30 box, Light Blue 30 box, and Purple 45 box. Light blue finishes mug and screen highlights while purple strips the laptop screen core.
  11. Tap the Yellow 45 box, Light Blue 37 box, and Purple 35 box. Yellow completely clears background remnants while purple and light blue dismantle the remaining display area.
  12. Tap the Purple 35 box and the final Purple box. Purple ants collect all remaining keyboard and screen pixels to complete the picture.

Moves that cost you the level

  • Tapping the Purple 35 box on move 1 → purple blocks are hidden deep inside the laptop screen, so the box stays stuck in a slot indefinitely.
  • Calling multiple White boxes before yellow borders are stripped → white blocks represent keyboard keys locked behind dark frames, clogging your slots.

Quick tips for Level 26

  • Always exhaust front-row boxes matching the dominant outer border color before releasing inner interior colors.
  • Monitor how many slots remain empty; keep at least two slots cycling actively to avoid sudden lockouts.
Board breakdown5 notes
Layout
The picture depicts a purple laptop and a blue mug on a yellow and white pixelated background. A stack of ant boxes arranged in three-column rows sits beneath five holding slots.
Goal
Carry away all pixel blocks of the laptop and mug scene before the 5m:55s countdown timer expires.
Opening
Tap the Yellow 45 box on the right of the front row. The picture's outer perimeter is mostly yellow, ensuring immediate, high-volume block clearance.
Trap
Tapping deep accent boxes like Black 40 or Purple 47 before their corresponding lines are exposed will strand them in slots.
Mechanic
Boxes only countdown when their ants find accessible edge blocks of the exact same colour; buried blocks cannot be harvested.

Level 26 questions

  • Which box should I tap first on Level 26?

Tap the Yellow 45 box in the front row. Yellow comprises the outermost edge, so its ants immediately begin clearing tiles without stalling.
