Colony Flow! level guide
Colony Flow! Level 11 Walkthrough
Level 11 features a pixel-art cupcake surrounded by a white background and black outline. The winning strategy is to deplete the outer white and black layers first to expose the pink icing, brown wrapper, and red cherry beneath. Avoid cluttering the five slots with interior colors until their matching blocks are exposed.

How to beat Colony Flow! Level 11 — full solution
- Tap the Black 25 box (front row, left), the White 30 box (front row, middle), and the White 30 box (front row, right). Black ants strip the lower outline while White ants clear the background edges. Two slots remain free.
- Tap the Red 22 box (front row, left), the Pink 25 box (front row, middle), and the White 30 box (front row, right). Red and Pink sit idle in slots because their blocks are still covered, while White immediately drains background tiles.
- Tap the White 27 box (front row, right). It fills the last available slot, putting temporary pressure on the buffer. White ants rapidly strip the outer background blocks, clearing slots as the white counters hit zero.
- Tap the Black 25 box (front row, left) and the Pink 25 box (front row, middle). Black ants remove the outline around the cupcake icing, which uncovers the pink blocks and activates both Pink boxes in the slots.
- Tap the mystery box (front row, right), which reveals a Pink 25 box. It slides into an open slot and joins in stripping the exposed icing, freeing up space as the earlier Pink box finishes.
- Tap the White 30 box (front row, middle). White ants begin removing the white sprinkles embedded inside the pink icing. The Red 22 box in the slots finally activates as the cherry blocks become uncovered.
- Tap the Brown 25 box (front row, left) and the White 35 box (front row, right). Brown ants start dismantling the cupcake wrapper, while White clears the last sprinkles. The Red 22 box empties and vacates its slot.
- Tap the Pink 25 box (front row, middle). Pink ants collect the icing blocks surrounding the wrapper and cherry. Brown ants continue reducing the cupcake wrapper.
- Tap the Brown 25 box (front row, left), the Pink 22 box (front row, middle), and the mystery box (front row, right), which reveals a Black 23 box. Brown, Pink, and Black ants carry off the final blocks of the wrapper and outline to finish the level.

Moves that cost you the level
- Tapping Red 22 and Pink 25 while all other slots are filled with stalled boxes → Red and Pink have no exposed blocks until the black outline and white background are eaten away, causing a complete slot jam.
Quick tips for Level 11
- Wait for black and white ants to peel away the borders before tapping boxes whose colors are buried inside the picture.
- Keep at least one or two slots empty whenever possible to prevent mystery boxes from locking up the board if they reveal an unexposed color.
Board breakdown5 notes
- Layout
- A pixel-art cupcake sits on a white grid at the top of the screen above two nest holes, with five empty slots in the center and a stack of ant boxes arranged in rows of three at the bottom.
- Goal
- Clear all blocks comprising the cupcake image and its white background by depleting 17 ant boxes across 5 colors.
- Opening
- Tap the front Black 25 and both White 30 boxes. The black and white blocks on the perimeter are fully exposed, ensuring these three boxes immediately begin working.
- Trap
- Filling all five slots with unexposed colours before White and Black strip the outer layers. Tapping Red 22 and Pink 25 early is manageable only because White boxes finish rapidly; adding more unexposed boxes would completely jam the slots.
- Mechanic
- Exposed block rule: ants can only harvest blocks that touch the outer boundary of the remaining drawing. Interior details like the red cherry, pink icing, and brown wrapper cannot be collected until the surrounding white background and black outline are eaten away.
Level 11 questions
-
Why is the Red 22 box not doing anything in Colony Flow! Level 11?
The red cherry at the top of the cupcake is completely surrounded by the black outline and white canvas. Red ants cannot collect any blocks until those outer layers are cleared away.
