Level 298 features a storm cloud holding an angry purple monster with lightning bolts. Clear the exposed blue rim and white cloud base first to unlock access to the inner lightning and purple character.

How to beat Food Hunt: Pixel Puzzle Level 298 — full solution

  1. Phase 1: Tap the Cyan 48 jar and Blue 15 jar from the front row. They eat into the bottom cyan raindrops and the dark blue outer border of the cloud, opening up initial space along the lower edge.
  2. Phase 2: Tap the White 35 jar and Dark Grey 30 jar. The white ants clear the lower cloud outline, while the dark grey ants strip outer outline pixels around the base and cloud edges.
  3. Phase 3: Tap the Cyan 29 jar and Blue 12 jar. Ants clear remaining exposed blue border pixels and start stripping the lower white cloud body.
  4. Phase 4: Tap the White 30 jar and White 22 jar from the front row. These jars strip the wide white cloud layer, exposing the yellow lightning bolt and inner purple core.
  5. Phase 5: Tap the Orange 15 jar and Orange 22 jar to eat the lightning accents and border shading around the lightning bolt.
  6. Phase 6: Tap the Yellow 36 jar and Yellow 18 jar to clear the exposed central lightning bolt completely.
  7. Phase 7: Tap the Purple 30 jar and Purple 24 jar. Ants attack the main body of the purple creature resting on top of the cloud.
  8. Phase 8: Tap the remaining Dark Grey jars (Dark Grey 30 and Dark Grey 40) along with the final Purple jars and Yellow 13 jar to clear the horns, face details, and remaining pixel fragments.

Moves that cost you the level

  • Tapping inner Purple jars before clearing the cloud outline → purple pixels are deeply shielded by the cloud and outer border, locking the jar in a bay until the cloud is stripped.
  • Tapping Yellow jars while lightning is enclosed in white cloud pixels → the yellow jar stalls and clogs a bay slot.

Quick tips for Level 298

  • Prioritize Cyan, Blue, and White jars early since they make up the outer shell of the entire lower illustration.
  • Keep at least two bays free when working through large color layers to prevent gridlock if a color runs out of exposed edges.
