How to beat Food Hunt: Pixel Puzzle Level 222 — full solution
- Tap the Hot Pink 14 jar (front row, left), Light Green 20 jar, Cyan 22 jar, and Yellow 35 jar (front row, right). These clear the outer border pixels around the fossil board, uncovering underlying blue and orange regions.
- Tap the Cyan 32 jar (row 2, third column) and Cyan 35 jar (row 3, first column) to finish removing the remaining cyan edge pixels. Then send the revealed Light Green 21 jar and Yellow 42 jar to harvest the exposed green base and yellow bedrock.
- Deploy the revealed Blue 4 jar and Blue 14 jar into the empty bays to eliminate the blue sky segments along the top corners. Tap the revealed Hot Pink 5 jar and Hot Pink 10 jar to clean up remaining edge spots.
- Tap the Orange 46 jar (revealed in row 1, right) and Orange 17 jar to strip the orange ground surrounding the dinosaur skeleton. Follow with the White 18 jar, Lilac 18 jar, and Lilac 6 jar to chip away at the exposed fossil bones.
- Send the revealed Brown 23 jar and White 30 jar, followed by the Hot Pink 5 jar, to break into the brown interior skull and torso framing while continuing skeleton extraction.
- Tap the Blue 10 jar, Orange 3 jar, and White 4 jar into open bays to clear the remaining blue patches and further dissolve the white ribs. Introduce the Brown 11 jar to deplete brown fossil rock.
- Tap the revealed Light Green 24 jar, Cyan 30 jar, and Lilac 26 jar, then dispatch the Orange 50 jar and Purple/Lilac 12 jar from the grid to consume the dense orange and lilac pockets beneath the skeleton.
- Tap the Brown 44 jar, White 23 jar, and Brown 34 jar to clear inner fossil crevices. Follow with the Orange 68 jar, White 20 jar, and White 16 jar to dismantle the dinosaur's spine and limbs.
- Send the remaining Orange 29 jar, Brown 50 jar, Lilac 18 jar, and White 6 jar to wipe out the remaining orange background and skull outlines.
- Tap the final Lilac 1 jar, Brown 5 jar, and White 11 jar to consume the very last teeth and tail bone pixels to complete the level.

Moves that cost you the level
- Tapping the White 30 or White 18 jars before stripping the outer orange border → white bone pixels are completely trapped inside, stalling bays and causing an instant loss.
- Filling all five bays with Cyan and Yellow jars simultaneously while blocked by uncovered Mystery jars → bays freeze with no active targets available.
Quick tips for Level 222
- Work from the outer frame inward: cyan and light green frame the picture and must be eliminated before touching central fossil colours.
- Track the dinosaur's bone layers carefully; only tap white jars when clear ribs or vertebrae segments are directly exposed.
Board breakdown5 notes
- Layout
- The picture shows a prehistoric dinosaur skeleton fossil embedded in layered bedrock with green foliage at the bottom and blue sky above. Below are 5 bays and a multi-layered jar grid containing standard and mystery jars.
- Goal
- Clear all pixel tiles from the dinosaur fossil picture by dispatching matching colour jars into the bays until the picture is empty.
- Opening
- Start by tapping the front row jars: Hot Pink 14, Light Green 20, Cyan 22, and Yellow 35. These immediately find exposed targets on the picture's periphery.
- Trap
- White jars tapped prematurely will stall immediately because the skeleton's white pixels are encased by thick orange, brown, and lilac strata.
- Mechanic
- Mystery jars hide their colour and value under question marks until the jar directly covering them in the grid is cleared.
Level 222 questions
-
When is it safe to tap the White jars on Level 222?
Only tap White jars after peeling away the surrounding cyan, green, and orange border tiles to expose the white fossil bones.
