How to beat Food Hunt: Pixel Puzzle Level 154 — full solution

  1. Tap Yellow 41, Orange 37, and Cyan 31 from the front row, followed by Light Blue 30 and a second Yellow jar. Their ants immediately devour the perimeter sky and lower water border, opening the outer edges.
  2. Release Orange, White, Grey, and Black jars into the cycling bays. The ants carve deep into the upper sky and outer mountain silhouettes, reducing the plank counter from 3 to 2.
  3. Send Cyan, Yellow, Grey, Orange, and Black jars into the bays. Ants strip away exposed rocks and lower water lines, clearing space along the flanks of the waterfall.
  4. Tap Dark Grey, two Yellow jars, Cyan, and Light Blue. The ants clear the yellow horizon adjacent to the plank and lower lake ripples, keeping all bays active.
  5. Deploy Brown, two Yellow jars, Light Blue, and Cyan. The brown mountain slopes on the left dissolve, bringing the inner waterfall cascades into reach.
  6. Trigger the Hammer jars alongside Blue and Yellow jars. Ants harvest exposed pixels to charge the hammers, striking and shattering the wooden plank completely.
  7. Tap White, Yellow, Cyan, and Blue jars to clear the newly exposed upper waterfall head and surrounding sunset clouds that were trapped under the plank.
  8. Deploy Orange, Yellow, Black, Light Blue, and Brown jars into the bays. Ants strip the rocky base and side foothills as the remaining column feeds in.
  9. Tap the incoming Grey and Light Blue jars to target the central cascade and bottom pool. The ants devour the final water pixels to complete the picture.

Moves that cost you the level

  • Tapping the Purple 22 jar from row 2 early → the purple mountain on the right is blocked by outer border pixels, causing the jar to stall in a bay.
  • Filling bays with dark mountain colours while sky and water borders remain uncleared → bays fill up and stall because the interior pixels cannot be reached.

Quick tips for Level 154

  • Work from the outer frame inward: strip the orange/yellow sky and cyan water first to reveal mountains and waterfall edges.
  • Prioritize charging Hammer jars as soon as they become accessible so the plank at the top is destroyed early.
  • Keep at least one bay open when cycling through thick mountain colour layers to avoid gridlock.
Board breakdown5 notes
Layout
A pixel art landscape depicting a waterfall flowing between mountains under a sunset sky, with a wooden Plank labelled 3 covering the top of the waterfall. Five bays sit above a grid of jars with four columns that feeds additional jars from below.
Goal
Clear all pixels of the waterfall landscape by eating away outer exposed layers and breaking the Plank with Hammer jars.
Opening
Tap the front-row Yellow 41, Orange 37, and Cyan 31 jars; their colours cover the top sky and bottom water borders, ensuring immediate pixel consumption without stalling.
Trap
Tapping purple or brown jars early when those mountain sections are still shielded by outer sky and water layers will cause them to sit stalled in the bays.
Mechanic
A Plank blocking pixels at the top of the waterfall requires hits from Hammer jars to break before the covered pixels can be eaten.

Level 154 questions

  • How do you break the plank covering the waterfall on Level 154?

Deploy the Hammer jars revealed beneath the upper jar rows. Once their counts are filled by eating matching exposed pixels, hammers strike and break the plank.

  • Which colours should you tap first on Level 154?

Start with Yellow, Orange, and Cyan. These colours line the top sky and bottom water borders, allowing the ants to immediately clear paths to deeper layers.
