Level 14 introduces linked boxes that move into the bays together when tapped. Keep at least two bays open to send the connected pair without overflowing the rack, then clear the outer wrestler outlines to expose the inner layers.

How to beat Food Hunt: Pixel Puzzle Level 14 — full solution

  1. With Beige 43, White 12, White 23, Black 16, and Black 17 already occupying the five bays, let the active ants strip the sumo wrestler's outer black frame and exposed skin until bays begin to free up.
  2. As White 12 and Black 17 empty their slots, tap the incoming Black 50 into bay 1 and Red 28 into bay 5. Black and Red ants strip the loincloth outline and hair edges while White 23 runs down to 3.
  3. Wait for the active jars to finish emptying until multiple bays clear. Tap the linked Blue 26 and Red 20 pair together from the grid into the open bays, followed by Beige 56, stripping the blue mawashi details and central chest.
  4. Fill the newly opened bays by tapping White 30, Beige 24, Red 23, White 32, and Beige 18. The white and red ants eat away the belt stripes and arm contours, leaving Brown 32 and Black 50 waiting in the front row.
  5. Allow White 30 and White 32 to finish. Tap Black 16 into bay 1, Beige 23 into bay 2, Red 8 into bay 3, and Black 45 into bay 5 to dismantle the topknot and facial markings.
  6. Clear the finished jars and send White 8, Red 20, Red 12, and Beige 19 into the bays. These eat through the remaining jawline and torso shading, bringing Red 20 and Black 34 to the front of the queue.
  7. As bays clear, deploy Beige 8, Red 8, Black 13, and Beige 17 into the bays. The ants strip the final dark features and body pixels, leaving only a few scattered remnants.
  8. Tap the remaining Brown and Black jars from the bottom of the grid into any open bay in any order. The final ants devour the last exposed pixels to complete the sumo wrestler portrait.

Moves that cost you the level

  • Tapping the linked Blue 26 and Red 20 pair while only one bay is empty → the pair cannot split, wasting taps or stalling your queue.
  • Tapping Brown 30 before the outer black and beige wrestler layers are gone → brown pixels are buried in inner shading, locking that bay indefinitely.

Quick tips for Level 14

  • Linked boxes require two free bays simultaneously; ensure two active jars are close to finishing before tapping a connected pair.
  • Target black and beige jars early because the sumo wrestler's perimeter consists almost entirely of black outline and flesh tones.
Board breakdown5 notes
Layout
A centered pixel-art sumo wrestler in a dynamic stance sits above five bays and a multi-row jar grid.
Goal
Completely devour all pixels of the sumo wrestler portrait using matching ants from each jar.
Opening
Start by allowing the initial black, beige, and white jars to wear down the portrait perimeter before committing any linked boxes.
Trap
Activating Brown 30 too early will park it in a bay because brown pixels are buried beneath the outer beige and red layers.
Mechanic
Connect Box: linked jars are tied together by a connector and always move into two available bays at the same time.

Level 14 questions

  • How do linked boxes work in Food Hunt: Pixel Puzzle Level 14?

Linked jars must enter the bays together. Tapping either one moves both jars at once, requiring at least two empty bay slots.
