normal Live 14 colours / pieces Checked September 21, 2026

Level 136 features a country house landscape framed by sky, clouds, and grass across fifteen colours. Clear the outer border of sky and lawn to expose the inner roof and house walls before deploying red and white jars. Tapping red jars too early will stall them in bays.

How to beat Food Hunt: Pixel Puzzle Level 136 — full solution

  1. Tap Dark Green 15 (row 1, col 1), Grey 28 (row 1, col 2), Light Blue 28 (row 1, col 3), and Green 23 (row 1, col 4). They strip the outer frame pixels of sky, grass, and clouds. Then tap Light Green 22 (row 2, col 4) and Grey 25 (row 3, col 4).
  2. Tap Orange 16 (row 2, col 1), Cyan 21 (row 2, col 3), revealed Orange 20 (row 1, col 4), and revealed Yellow 8 (row 1, col 4). They strip the exposed dirt path and perimeter cyan sky, leaving one bay open while Yellow and Cyan quickly clear.
  3. As Yellow 8 and Cyan 21 leave, tap Dark Grey 17 (row 1, col 3) and Light Blue 40 (row 2, col 3) into the free bays. Dark Grey attacks the utility pole while Light Blue eats upper sky, reducing to Light Blue 30 and Dark Grey 7.
  4. Tap Brown 30 (row 1, col 4) into a newly freed bay once Dark Grey leaves. Brown ants strip the utility pole wood down to 27. Light Blue finishes its sky edge and departs while Orange 16 and Orange 20 finish stripping the path.
  5. Tap Red 15 (row 1, col 3) and Light Blue 60 (row 1, col 1) as both Orange jars finish. Red begins biting into the freshly exposed roof corners while Light Blue strips the left sky. Brown 27 clears, freeing a bay.
  6. Avoid tapping Red 14 yet while roof edges are narrow. Tap Dark Green 14 (row 1, col 3) and Light Blue 52 (row 1, col 4). Red 15 clears the main roof surface while Dark Green strips lower lawn foliage, keeping three bays actively processing.
  7. Tap Red 17 (row 1, col 1), White 38 (row 1, col 2), Brown 13 (row 1, col 3), Dark Grey 18 (row 1, col 4), and Light Blue 80 (row 2, col 3). White strips the house walls, Red clears the roof, and Dark Grey strips the utility pole brackets.
  8. As bays free up, tap Dark Green 19, Brown 7, Light Blue 16, White 35, and Red 15. They consume the remaining house body, chimney, and tree foliage, exposing the final central cluster of sky pixels and leaving only the final reserve jars in the grid.
  9. Tap Yellow 9, White 41, Dark Green 61, Pink 21, and the final Light Blue 8 jar into the bays in turn. They clear the remaining wall corners and central clouds. Light Blue 8 eats the final 8 sky pixels to complete the level.

Moves that cost you the level

  • Tapping Red 14 (row 2, col 2) during the opening → the house roof is buried behind layers of sky and grass, leaving the red jar completely stalled in a bay.
  • Tapping Brown 30 before the utility pole is stripped of outer grey and cyan pixels → brown ants find no exposed pole timber, wasting a slot.

Quick tips for Level 136

  • Peel the image from the outer edges inward; clear sky, clouds, and grass borders before targeting interior architecture like the cottage and chimney.
  • Always check whether interior colours have at least a few exposed edge pixels before tapping jars that match them.
Board breakdown5 notes
Layout
The picture depicts a cottage with a red gable roof, white walls, and a wooden utility pole set against a landscape of grass, hills, and clouds. Under the board sits a five-bay rack and a four-by-four grid of jars containing visible and mystery jars.
Goal
Clear all pixels from the landscape picture by feeding jars of matching colours into the five bays.
Opening
Tap the four front-row jars: Dark Green 15, Grey 28, Light Blue 28, and Green 23. All four colours are fully exposed along the picture's borders and clear immediately without stalling.
Trap
Red 14 sits temptingly in row 2 of the grid, but the red roof is completely encircled by sky and foreground grass. Tapping it early clogs a bay for several minutes.
Mechanic
Mystery jars marked with question marks occupy several spots in the lower grid rows. They reveal their colour and pixel count only when the jar directly in front is tapped.

Level 136 questions

  • When should I tap the red jars on Level 136?

Wait until Light Blue and Green jars strip the sky and grass surrounding the roof. Only tap Red jars once the cottage roofline is fully exposed.

  • Why do my brown and grey jars stall in the bays?

The utility pole and chimney contain brown and dark grey pixels that are covered by outer sky. Clear the sky jars first to expose the pole.
