normal Live 4 colours / pieces Checked September 20, 2026

Level 513 features a jellyfish pixel portrait composed of Light Blue, Black, Pink, and Grey blocks. Strip the outer Light Blue background and Black tentacles first to reach the Pink dome. Avoid cluttering the slots with Pink boxes before the tentacles and lower body are fully exposed.

How to beat Colony Flow! Level 513 — full solution

  1. Let the starting Light Blue 33 and Light Blue 34 boxes work on the exposed background, then tap the Black 30 box (front row, middle-left) and Black 30 box (front row, middle-right). Their ants strip the lower Black tentacles as the outer borders recede, leaving one slot open.
  2. Tap the Pink 25 box (front row, right) to target exposed Pink tentacle tips. As the starting Light Blue boxes finish, tap the newly exposed Pink 30 box and Pink 25 box from the second row. Four slots remain active on tentacles, keeping one slot open.
  3. Tap the mystery box in row two to reveal a Light Blue box, then tap it into the open slot. The ants clear the remaining Light Blue blocks along the lower side edges, fully exposing the outer Black tentacle frames and freeing two slots as earlier boxes exhaust.
  4. Tap the Black 30 box (front row, left) and the Pink 26 box (front row, right). Their ants break down the lower Black tentacles completely and begin eating into the underside of the jellyfish dome. Three slots are now occupied while the lower picture clears out.
  5. Tap the Light Blue 35 box (front row, left) and Pink 30 box (front row, middle) to clear the middle background and expose the jellyfish's lower body. The dome's base opens up, leaving two slots free as the last tentacle fragments vanish into the nest.
  6. Tap the linked Black 30 box in the front row, which pulls the connected Black 30 box from behind into the slots. These ants strip the Black smile and eyes along with the lower dome outline. Two slots remain available for the next wave.
  7. Tap the Pink 30 box (front row, right) and Light Blue 34 box (front row, middle). Their ants clear the interior Pink dome blocks and surrounding background, exposing the Grey shading patch on the upper-left of the dome. Three slots are active and the top arch is revealed.
  8. Tap the Pink 28 box, Pink 25 box, and the remaining Light Blue boxes from the front row. They strip the remaining Pink dome blocks and Grey texture, before the final Black ants carry away the topmost outline arch to complete the picture.

Moves that cost you the level

  • Tapping Pink boxes on the opening board → Pink tentacle segments are shielded by the outer Light Blue background, leaving Pink boxes stuck in slots.
  • Tapping the linked Black 30 pair with only one slot open → The tap is rejected or clogs the remaining buffer space, preventing other necessary colours from entering.

Quick tips for Level 513

  • Always clear the surrounding Light Blue background along the bottom before committing boxes to inner body blocks.
  • Reserve at least two empty slots before tapping linked boxes, as both boxes enter the slots simultaneously.
  • Alternate between Black and Pink boxes as the tentacles are dismantled in alternating layers.
Board breakdown5 notes
Layout
The canvas depicts a jellyfish on a Light Blue background with Black outlines, Pink dome and tentacles, and Grey shading in the upper-left dome. Five slots sit below the canvas, and a four-column stack of ant boxes sits below the nest.
Goal
Clear all pixel blocks from the jellyfish picture across five slots with no time limit.
Opening
Allow the initial Light Blue 33 and Light Blue 34 boxes in the slots to strip the lower background edges, then introduce Black and Pink boxes once tentacle edges are exposed.
Trap
Tapping interior Pink boxes before stripping the outer Light Blue background and Black tentacle outlines will cause Pink ants to idle in slots with no exposed targets, quickly locking all five bays.
Mechanic
Linked boxes connected by a link bar must be deployed together into two open slots, and a mystery box marked '?' reveals its colour upon reaching the front row.
