How to beat Food Hunt: Pixel Puzzle Level 438 — full solution
- Tap the Orange 30 jar (front row, left), the Brown 30 jar (front row, centre), and the Pink 28 jar (front row, right). They strip the outer canopy edge, pavement, and exterior trim, opening up access to the underlying structure.
- Send the Grey 29 jar, Brown 1 jar, Yellow 10 jar, Green 14 jar, and Light Green 14 jar into the bays in any order. The ants chew through the kiosk frame and lower foliage, fully freeing all five bays as each count drops to zero.
- Release the Brown 16 jar, Lilac 5 jar, Cyan 25 jar, Dark Blue 9 jar, and White 35 jar into the bays. They strip the electronic display sign and outer roof accents, uncovering the interior booth panels.
- Deploy the Purple 14 jar, Pink 14 jar, Cyan 17 jar, and Dark Blue 19 jar. Ants consume the upper structure borders and outer silhouette of the woman's coat, leaving one bay open.
- Tap the Purple 6 jar, Lilac 16 jar, Green 20 jar, Cyan 9 jar, and Blue 15 jar. They dismantle the green glass panes and central coat segments, exposing the deeper yellow booth walls.
- Clear the remaining Purple 2, Lilac 6, Dark Blue 5, and Blue 3 pixels. Tap the Cyan 30 jar and Blue 25 jar from the grid to eat away the booth background and figure outlines.
- Release the Purple 8 jar, Pink 3 jar, Cyan 4 jar, Purple 16 jar, and Yellow 14 jar. The ants eat the kiosk's yellow back wall and the central woman's torso, revealing the final interior elements.
- Send the Yellow 4 jar, Lilac 16 jar, Blue 3 jar, and Yellow 20 jar into the bays. They clear the remaining kiosk uprights and lower legs, opening up the last remaining colour clusters.
- Tap the Brown 1 jar, Pink 3 jar, Cyan 14 jar, and Orange 20 jar into the bays. They strip the purse, legs, and remaining kiosk trim, clearing the entire board to complete the level.

Moves that cost you the level
- Tapping the Cyan 30 jar while the outer kiosk borders are intact → cyan pixels remain buried behind the green and purple outer walls, stalling the jar in a bay.
- Deploying interior Purple jars before the kiosk frame is dismantled → purple ants find few exposed coat pixels, locking a slot unnecessarily.
Quick tips for Level 438
- Strip surrounding kiosk frame colours before targeting the woman standing in the centre.
- Keep at least one bay empty whenever working through multi-tone blues and purples to prevent sudden stalls.
Board breakdown5 notes
- Layout
- A pixel-art image of a woman holding a bag at a kiosk or bus stop sits above a 5-bay rack, fed by rows of jars below.
- Goal
- Clear all pixels of the kiosk and character by matching and depleting jar counts from the queue.
- Opening
- Start with Orange 30, Brown 30, and Pink 28 to strip the perimeter outlines safely without jamming bays.
- Trap
- Tapping large inner-colour jars like Cyan 30 or Blue 25 too early leaves them stalled while outer frame colours still block access.
- Mechanic
- Layered pixel art requires outer borders to be eaten before interior wall and character pixels become exposed.
