How to beat Food Hunt: Pixel Puzzle Level 437 — full solution

  1. Tap the front-row Blue 30, Blue 80, and Dark Grey 40, followed by the revealed Dark Grey 55 behind it. Blue ants strip the outer water perimeter while Dark Grey ants start clearing the bottom suit jacket. All four starting bays are occupied.
  2. Allow the Dark Grey jars to finish eating the jacket, then tap incoming Blue jars into the emptied bays. Swarms of Blue ants chew through the background water, peeling away outer layers to expose the bubble outlines and fish head.
  3. Tap Light Blue 24 and additional Blue jars from the grid as slots open up. Blue ants finish clearing the frame edges and corners, uncovering the Light Green fins without cluttering the active bays.
  4. Tap Cyan 26, Dark Grey 22, and Orange 5 as front slots expose them. Cyan ants strip the outer fin scales, Dark Grey clears collar borders, and Orange begins biting into the exposed fish snout.
  5. Tap Blue 40, Blue 26, and White 19 once the collar area has exposed edges. Blue finishes off remaining background patches while White ants begin safely clearing the shirt collar without stalling.
  6. Send White 3 and Red 24 into the available bays alongside the active Orange and Blue jars. Red eats the entire tie and White finishes the shirt, clearing the chest and exposing the Dark Green neck.
  7. With the fifth bay now unlocked, tap Dark Green 13, Orange 5, and Orange 8. Dark Green ants clear the neck and nape while Orange removes the chin and mouth contours across five open bays.
  8. Tap Yellow 12 and Cyan 21 into the freed bays. Yellow ants eat the ring around the eye while Cyan strips inner fin details, maintaining smooth flow.
  9. Tap White 25 and allow the remaining Blue and Orange jars to finish eating. White ants clear the background bubbles and white facial highlights, stripping down to the core portrait.
  10. Tap Dark Grey 8, Dark Grey 40, and Orange 3. Dark Grey ants eat the mouth crease and suit trim while Orange finishes off the lower chin.
  11. Tap Dark Green 23, Light Blue 15, White 26, Beige 2, and Blue 9. A multicolored wave strips the remaining forehead scales, cheek shading, and upper fin gradient.
  12. Tap Cyan 20, Dark Grey 30, and Grey 15 from the final grid row. The remaining ants consume the eye pupil and fin tips to clear the board and win the level.

Moves that cost you the level

  • Tapping the front-row White 45 jar at the start → the White shirt and bubbles are entirely enclosed by Dark Grey and Blue, leaving White 45 completely stalled in a bay.
  • Tapping Red 24 or Yellow 12 before their layers are exposed → neither the tie nor the eye ring have outer exposed pixels early on, which clogs your four bays.

Quick tips for Level 437

  • Strip the exterior Blue water and Dark Grey jacket entirely before sending inner facial colors into bays.
  • Keep track of the four-bay limit until the fifth bay unlocks midway through the level; avoid having more than one slow-progress jar active.
Board breakdown5 notes
Layout
A pixel art portrait of a fish in a business suit against an underwater bubble backdrop. Four active bays sit above the jar grid with a fifth bay taped shut.
Goal
Clear all pixels of the fish portrait by tapping matching colored jars from the stack into the bays.
Opening
Tap Blue 30, Blue 80, and Dark Grey 40 to begin stripping the perimeter water and lower jacket edges.
Trap
The White 45 jar sits directly in the front row at the start, but every White pixel is buried under other colors, making an early tap fatal.
Mechanic
The fifth bay starts taped shut and unlocks automatically midway through the puzzle once enough outer pixels have cleared.

Level 437 questions

  • Why is the fifth bay locked at the start of Level 437?

The fifth bay begins taped shut to restrict your buffer to four jars. It unlocks automatically as you clear the outer picture layers.
