How to beat Food Hunt: Pixel Puzzle Level 397 — full solution
- Tap the White 25 jar in the front row, the Green 5 jar on the left, and the Dark Grey 15 jar on the right. Ants clear exposed branch perimeters, light chest accents, and dark outline pixels, opening the central grid.
- Tap the Orange 20 jar (revealed under the top row) and the Red 7 jar. They chew through outer wing feathers and branch highlights, freeing up two bays as the counts finish.
- Tap the Cyan 29 jar on the far right and the revealed White 25 jar. The cyan ants begin stripping the lower tail section while white ants clear out the face mask area.
- Tap the Lilac 20 jar and the Dark Grey 18 jar. Lilac ants consume background accents around the wingtips, while dark grey ants strip branch contours and eye outlines.
- Tap the Red 15 jar and the Light Blue/Cyan 1 jar. These jars clear interior body reds and finish off the exposed cyan lower wing sections.
- Tap the Yellow 13 jar and the Orange 4 jar. They devour the mid-wing yellow band and remaining beak tones, uncovering deeper interior feathers.
- Tap the Pink 50 jar and the roped pair of White and Lilac jars once unlocked. Large volumes of light body feathers and wing tips are eaten away.
- Tap the Hot Pink 20 jar and the revealed Dark Grey 5 jar. They clear the inner wing shading and perch remnants.
- Tap the Lilac 5 jar and the remaining White 11 jar to dissolve the head markings and beak base.
- Tap the Hot Pink 31 jar, Red 10 jar, Green 3 jar, Orange 7 jar, and Pink 4 jar to consume the final core pixels of the parrot.

Moves that cost you the level
- Tapping the Pink 50 jar before removing outer wing layers → Pink pixels are buried deep in the plumage, causing the large jar to stall in a bay.
- Tapping the roped White and Lilac jars without two free bays → The roped pair cannot enter the bays simultaneously, blocking subsequent moves.
Quick tips for Level 397
- Prioritize peeling off the Dark Grey branch and outline pixels early to expose the colorful body feathers behind them.
- Always reserve at least two free bays when preparing to release a roped pair of jars.
Board breakdown5 notes
- Layout
- The picture shows a colorful parrot perched on a branch. Below is a 5-bay rack with the fifth bay initially blocked, above a multi-layer jar grid featuring mystery jars and roped pairs.
- Goal
- Clear all pixels of the parrot image by deploying jars into the bays until every counter reaches zero.
- Opening
- Start by deploying the front-row Green 5, White 25, and Dark Grey 15 jars to peel away outer frame pixels and branch contours safely.
- Trap
- Deploying the heavy Pink 50 jar early will completely stall a bay since pink feathers are insulated inside the wing until exterior layers are gone.
- Mechanic
- Roped pairs require two adjacent available bays and cannot be split. Mystery jars reveal their colour and number once jars directly blocking them are cleared.
