How to beat Food Hunt: Pixel Puzzle Level 208 — full solution

  1. Tap the Light Green 35 jar (row 1, left), Brown 9 jar (row 1, second from left), Yellow 43 jar (row 1, right), Lilac 6 jar (row 1, third), and Lilac 62 jar (row 2, right). Ants strip the bottom-right green corner, brown shadow, and initial yellow base. Brown 3, Yellow 16, Lilac 34, and Lilac 12 remain in the bays.
  2. Tap the White 7 jar (row 1, right), Light Green 40 jar (row 1, second), Hot Pink 6 jar (row 1, left), Yellow 36 jar (row 2, second), and Green 8 jar. Ants eat away the lower perimeter and begin peeling the paper background. Bays hold Cyan 20, Yellow 9, White 7, Red 1, and Green 8.
  3. Tap the Light Blue 31 jar (row 2, third), Pink 10 jar (row 1, left), Orange 15 jar (row 1, third), Orange 27 jar (row 1, second), and Dark Grey 7 jar. Ants dismantle the lower orange accents, pink stripe trims, and dark frame pixels. Cyan 2, White 25, White 7, and Dark Grey 7 occupy the bays.
  4. Tap the White 25 jar (row 1, right), Blue 38 jar (row 2, left), Pink 71 jar, Light Blue 18 jar, and Dark Grey 5 jar. Ants chew through the large background paper sheet and the outer loop of the scissor handle. Pink 71, White 12, Cyan 4, Light Blue 18, and Dark Grey 5 fill the bays.
  5. Tap the revealed Yellow 31 jar, Light Blue 32 jar, Lilac 80 jar, and Lilac 13 jar. Ants clear the blade surfaces and internal handle cutouts as upper paper strips fall away. This relieves bay congestion, leaving White 16, Hot Pink 12, Lilac 20, and Yellow 7 active with one bay free.
  6. Tap the Dark Grey 30 jar (row 1, left), Lilac 25 jar (row 1, second), Blue 51 jar (row 1, third), and the uncovered White 23 jar. Ants consume the central pivot screw, handle loops, and remaining blade outlines. Bays hold Blue 38, Lilac 65, Cyan 14, Lilac 1, and Yellow 7.
  7. Tap the Light Blue 18 jar (row 1, right), Dark Grey 22 jar (row 2, second), Dark Grey 33 jar (row 2, third), Lilac 43 jar, and Orange 20 jar. Ants digest the scissor core and remaining interior borders. Bays finish with Blue 14, Lilac 8, Orange 20, White 14, and Lilac 20.
  8. Tap the Light Blue 21 jar, Dark Grey 18 jar, and the bottom mystery jars as they reveal. Ants harvest the final scattered outline pixels and blade highlights across the wooden board. The remaining jars empty and complete the puzzle.

Moves that cost you the level

  • Tapping the Blue 38 or Lilac 62 jars in the opening phase → scissor handles and blades sit inside the paper boundary, leaving their ants with no exposed pixels and locking two bays immediately.
  • Queueing two large Dark Grey jars together while the white background is intact → dark outline pixels are covered by surrounding white paper, causing the grey jars to stall.

Quick tips for Level 208

  • Strip the exterior yellow table and white paper background before committing jars to the blue handles or lilac blades.
  • Keep at least one bay open when opening mystery jars so an unexpected interior colour does not cause an immediate board lock.
Board breakdown5 notes
Layout
The board shows a pair of craft scissors cutting pink-and-white patterned paper over a yellow and green surface. Below the ant hole sit five bays and a jar grid organized in four columns.
Goal
Clear all 1000 pixels from the board by feeding matching colour jars to the ants until the entire picture is eaten.
Opening
Start with Light Green 35, Brown 9, and Yellow 43 on the front row. These target the fully exposed bottom edges and corners, clearing bays quickly without risk of stalling.
Trap
The Lilac 62 jar in the second row is tempting early, but the lilac blades are buried beneath white paper and dark borders; tapping it prematurely clogs a bay for an extended period.
Mechanic
Ants can only bite pixels on the outside exposed edges of the image. Pixels enclosed by outlines or covered by background sheets cannot be collected until the covering layer is stripped.

Level 208 questions

  • What should I tap first on Level 208?

Tap the Light Green 35, Brown 9, and Yellow 43 jars on the front row. These immediately feed on exposed border pixels along the bottom edge, freeing bays for subsequent moves.
