Food Hunt: Pixel Puzzle Level 190 Walkthrough

hard Live 12 colours / pieces Checked September 21, 2026

Clear the multi-layered hot dog pixel art by chewing through outer lettuce and bun layers before accessing the sausage core. Keep bays unblocked by only calling dark outlines and bun colours when their pixels are exposed. Avoid stalling early on internal filling colours.

How to beat Food Hunt: Pixel Puzzle Level 190 — full solution

  1. With Green 4, White 2, Dark Grey 10, and Yellow 1 already active in the bays, tap the Orange 27 jar (row 1, column 1) and the Beige 29 jar (row 1, column 2). The green base and outer bun edges start clearing, freeing the first bay.
  2. Tap the Red 41 jar (row 1, column 3) and the Light Green 54 jar (row 1, column 4). As the Green 4 jar drains and leaves, tap the Brown 30 jar (now exposed in row 1, column 1) and the Orange 27 jar (row 1, column 2). Ants strip the outer lettuce and begin chipping into the bun crust; two bays remain cycling.
  3. Tap the Hot Pink 11 jar (row 1, column 4) and the revealed Cyan 29 jar (row 1, column 2). Bring in the Brown 30 jar (row 2, column 3) to chew the sausage edge, followed by the Yellow 34 jar (row 3, column 2). Mustard and ketchup lines begin receding, leaving one bay open.
  4. Tap the White 8 jar (row 3, column 3) and the Pink 19 jar (row 1, column 4). Follow up with the Cyan 20 jar (row 3, column 4) and the Light Green 54 jar (row 2, column 1). The decorative garnish and lower bun pixels vanish, stabilizing queue flow.
  5. Tap the Brown 31 jar (row 2, column 3) and the Orange 24 jar (row 2, column 2) to continue stripping the bun. Tap the Dark Grey 10 jar (row 1, column 3) to eat the grill outlines. The sausage core is now heavily exposed; three bays are actively draining.
  6. Tap the Red 41 jar (row 3, column 4), the Orange 31 jar (row 1, column 1), and the Green 15 jar (revealed in row 1). Ants target the remaining bun base and mustard highlights, bringing the total pixel count under 150.
  7. Tap the Cyan 10 jar, the Brown 33 jar, and the Beige 15 jar from the upper grid. As the brown sausage pixels dissolve, send the Brown 26 jar and Orange 13 jar to clear the remaining bun sections, leaving only a single column in the jar grid.
  8. Tap the Yellow 15 jar, followed by the Dark Grey 30 jar to target the final outline pixels. Tap the remaining Green 54 jar to sweep the leftover green plate fragments. The board completely clears, winning the level.

Moves that cost you the level

  • Tapping the Brown 30 jar in the opening before the green lettuce layer is eaten → brown sausage pixels remain entirely enclosed, causing the jar to permanently stall and block a bay.
  • Deploying the Dark Grey jars too early → grill marks and outlines are deeply embedded under ketchup and mustard, leaving the Dark Grey jar stalled for multiple phases.

Quick tips for Level 190

  • Clear the perimeter green and orange pixels first so internal colours like brown and dark grey can flow continuously once summoned.
  • Monitor the total pixel counter on the bun and sausage to ensure you do not commit high-value jars that exceed exposed targets.
Board breakdown5 notes
Layout
The picture shows a hot dog with mustard, ketchup, and grill lines resting on a green plate. Below the ant hole is a rack of five bays, fed by a four-column grid of numbered jars.
Goal
Clear all 698 pixels of the hot dog illustration by deploying matching colored ant jars into the five holding bays.
Opening
Work through the outer light green and orange bun layers first, allowing the active White, Yellow, and Green jars in the bays to finish smoothly.
Trap
Calling high-count Brown or Dark Grey jars while the outer bun is intact locks up bays, as inner sausage and grill pixels have no exposed edges.
Mechanic
Pixel layers must be stripped from the outside inward; ants ignore buried pixels of their color until outer borders are completely consumed.

Level 190 questions

  • Why are my brown ants not eating the hot dog sausage in Level 190?

The sausage is protected by the bun and green lettuce. Strip away the surrounding orange, beige, and green pixels first to expose the brown edges.
