How to beat Food Hunt: Pixel Puzzle Level 188 — full solution

  1. Tap the Cyan 12 jar (front row, left), Brown 21 jar (front row, middle), and Orange 27 jar (front row, right). These begin clearing the player's shorts, arm accents, and shoes, opening up the stack behind them.
  2. Tap the Grey 10 jar, Lilac 10 jar, and Pink 20 jar from the second row, followed by the Blue 20 jar revealed behind them. The Pink and Lilac ants dismantle the lower volleyball net, while Blue strips the shorts.
  3. Send in the Orange 15 jar, Dark Grey 13 jar, and Cyan 20 jar as they uncover. The volleyball net continues clearing and the player's lower limbs lose their outer pixel shell.
  4. Tap the White 17 jar and White 20 jar, followed by the Beige 20 jar. Ants consume the volleyball net posts and the exposed skin tones around the player's legs and midriff.
  5. Deploy the Blue 23 jar, Dark Grey 45 jar, and Cyan 20 jar. The player's legs and shirt edges clear away, creating access to the chest and upper torso.
  6. Tap the Orange 14 jar, Blue 14 jar, and Orange 6 jar into the bays. These clear the ball held aloft and the remaining orange trims on the player's gear.
  7. Send the Grey 20 jar, White 20 jar, and Lilac 14 jar. The player's shirt and body midsection dissolve into the bays.
  8. Tap the Blue 10 jar, Beige 20 jar, and Orange 1 jar to clear the remaining shirt sections and arm skin.
  9. Clear the Black 100 jar and Dark Grey 43 jar from the deepest part of the stack. Black and dark grey ants consume the player's beard, hair, and outlines.
  10. Tap the White 5 jar, Orange 19 jar, and Beige 6 jar in any order. The remaining face pixels and outline remnants vanish to finish the level.

Moves that cost you the level

  • Tapping the Dark Grey 45 jar before the legs and torso are cleared → dark grey borders wrap the inner hair and shirt, causing the jar to stall indefinitely in a bay.
  • Releasing the Black 100 jar while the player's face and arms are still intact → black outline pixels cannot be reached, completely jamming the bay slots.

Quick tips for Level 188

  • Focus on the volleyball net on the lower right first; its pink and white pixels strip cleanly without tangling with player character colors.
  • Keep at least two bays open whenever uncovering high-count jars like the Dark Grey 45 or Black 100.
Board breakdown5 notes
Layout
The picture depicts a bearded volleyball player diving next to a net. Five bays sit in the middle row above an 18-jar grid arranged in descending layers.
Goal
Empty all jars in the stack by matching ant colors to exposed pixels on the volleyball player and net until the board is clear.
Opening
The Cyan 12, Brown 21, and Orange 27 jars are safe initial taps that target the outer perimeter pixels on the player's shorts and limbs.
Trap
The Black 100 jar at the base of the stack stalls immediately if tapped before the surrounding face, beard, and outline structures are exposed.
Mechanic
Standard clearance puzzle with multi-layer pixel edges; deeper body contours become exposed only once outer kit and net colors are dismantled.

Level 188 questions

  • Which part of the picture should I target first in Level 188?

Target the volleyball net on the bottom right and the blue shorts. Stripping these outer elements safely empties the front row of jars without stalling bays.

  • When is it safe to tap the Black 100 jar?

Only tap the Black 100 jar near the very end once the player's torso, arms, and facial skin have already been cleared away.
