Food Hunt: Pixel Puzzle Level 149 Walkthrough
Level 149 features a puppy sitting inside a glass mug on a saucer. Strip the outer mug glass and saucer first to expose the puppy's body and head beneath. Avoid loading high-value beige or lilac jars before the surrounding mug is cleared to prevent blocked bays.

How to beat Food Hunt: Pixel Puzzle Level 149 — full solution
- Tap the Beige 40 jar (row 1, left), Black 10 jar (row 1, centre), and Blue 20 jar (row 1, right). As front jars clear, tap the revealed Orange 28, Light Blue 6, Light Blue 9, and Brown 10 jars into the bays. Outer glass and saucer edges begin dissolving with all five bays occupied.
- Light Blue 6 and Light Blue 9 finish eating the mug rim, freeing two bays. Tap the Dark Grey 7 jar into bay 3 while Orange 28, Beige 40, and Brown 10 continue clearing saucer and paw pixels. Four bays are in use with one bay open.
- As Beige 40 and Dark Grey 7 finish, tap White 40 (revealed in row 1, left), Light Blue 17 (row 1, centre), and Beige 35 (row 1, right). The outer saucer breaks apart and the blue glass handle dissolves, leaving White 6, Orange 12, Light Blue 17, Beige 35, and Brown 5 in the bays.
- Orange 12 completes its pixels on the puppy's body and clears. Tap the White 1 jar into the opened bay while Light Blue 17 finishes the last glass pixels and counts down to 10. The mug glass is fully eaten, exposing the inner puppy body and chest.
- Light Blue 10 and White 1 clear their bays. Tap the Orange 4 jar into bay 2 and the Lilac 10 jar into bay 3. Beige 35, White 6, and Brown 4 continue chewing dog fur and outlines, with all five bays filled.
- Lilac 10, Brown 4, and White 6 finish. Tap the White 40 jar, Blue 9 jar, Black 3 jar, and Beige 55 jar into the bays in any order. The puppy's lower torso and feet dissolve completely, leaving four bays active and one bay open.
- White 40, Blue 9, and Black 3 clear as the puppy's chin and neck vanish. Tap the Brown 1 jar, Beige 17 jar, White 1 jar, Black 10 jar, and Beige 35 jar into the bays as slots open. Only the puppy's head and black ears remain.
- Brown 1, Beige 17, and Black 10 clear their bays. Tap the final jars from the grid: Dark Grey 11, Beige 27, and Beige 19 into the freed bays alongside White 1. The jar grid is now completely empty, with four bays active on the dog's head.
- Allow the remaining Dark Grey 11, White 1, Beige 27, and Beige 19 jars in the bays to finish eating the puppy's ears and forehead. The last pixels disappear and the level is completed.

Moves that cost you the level
- Tapping Lilac jars in the first few moves → lilac pixels are trapped inside the mug and cannot be reached, stalling the bay indefinitely.
- Filling all five bays with beige jars early on → the puppy's fur is shielded by the outer glass mug, leaving beige ants with no accessible pixels.
Quick tips for Level 149
- Prioritize clearing the cyan and blue mug glass on the outer perimeter before attempting to clear the puppy inside.
- Keep at least one bay open when opening mystery jars so newly revealed mandatory colours have room to enter.
Board breakdown5 notes
- Layout
- A 9-jar starting grid (three rows of three) sits below five bays and an ant hole, beneath a pixel-art picture of a puppy sitting in a glass mug.
- Goal
- Clear all pixels of the puppy and mug by exhausting all jars until the picture board is empty.
- Opening
- Start by tapping Beige 40, Black 10, and Blue 20 from the front row to strip the outer mug edge and reveal the mystery jars behind them.
- Trap
- Tapping Lilac or high-count Beige jars early will stall your bays because their pixels are trapped inside the mug glass and saucer.
- Mechanic
- Mystery jars marked with a question mark conceal their colour and count until the jar blocking them in front is tapped.
Level 149 questions
-
What jars should I tap first on Level 149?
Tap the front-row Beige 40, Black 10, and Blue 20 jars. These target the exposed mug edges and saucer rim while uncovering the hidden jars behind them.
-
Why are my beige ants not eating on Level 149?
Most beige puppy pixels are encased inside the cyan glass mug. Clear the mug outline and glass body first to expose the puppy's fur.
