How to beat Food Hunt: Pixel Puzzle Level 101 — full solution

  1. Tap the front-row Dark Grey/Black 60, Blue 40, and Orange 20 jars into the bays. Black ants consume the perimeter outlines while Orange and Blue work on the trident shaft and lower tail pixels.
  2. Tap the Cyan 25 and Blue 20 jars uncovered in row 2, along with the White 17 jar. Cyan ants start eating away the fish tail fin and underwater bubbles while White begins working exposed hair highlights.
  3. Send in the Red 8 jar and Red 9 jar as the chest jewel and crown gems expose, followed by the Yellow 18 jar to chip away at the trident tines and crown border.
  4. Tap the Dark Grey 42 jar and Cyan 23 jar to keep clearing the outer framing and the remaining scales of the tail. Dark Grey ants also strike the wooden plank covering the beard.
  5. Deploy the Lilac/White 16 jar, Yellow 24 jar, and Yellow 18 jar into the bays. Yellow ants break down the golden trident while White chips away at the outer beard.
  6. Tap the Red 8 jar, Orange 20 jar, and Yellow 9 jar as the arm musculature and lower crown trim become accessible. Keep clearing the trident prongs.
  7. Tap the Blue 2 jar and Cyan 1 jar to consume the final blue tail pixels and clear the lower half of the figure entirely.
  8. Send the remaining Yellow 1 jar, Black/Dark Grey 1 jar, and remaining skin/White jars into the bays to clean up the last facial features and crown pixels.

Moves that cost you the level

  • Tapping inner Yellow and Red jars before the outer Black outline and Cyan tail are dismantled → Yellow and Red have no exposed perimeter pixels early on, permanently clogging your bays.
  • Letting two identical high-count jars sit idle while the plank covers their target pixels → always focus on Black and Dark Grey jars to break the central Plank first.

Quick tips for Level 101

  • Work from the outer frame inward: the black outline and cyan tail fin are exposed right away and safely clear bay capacity.
  • Prioritize breaking the plank over the beard early so White and Beige facial pixels become valid targets.
Board breakdown5 notes
Layout
A square mosaic board showing King Triton holding a trident, with five bays above the jar grid and a wooden plank pinned over the lower beard.
Goal
Clear all pixel tiles across the board, including those hidden beneath the 1-hit wooden plank.
Opening
Start by sending the Black 60 and Blue 40 jars from the front row into the bays, as the outer outline and tail base are immediately exposed.
Trap
The Red 8 jar and Yellow 24 jar will stall indefinitely if tapped before the outer black border and blue torso are cleared away.
Mechanic
Wooden planks require ant hits of matching dark grey/black to crack and expose the pixels beneath.

Level 101 questions

  • What should I clear first in Level 101?

Clear the black outer border and the cyan tail fins first to open paths toward the inner body and beard.
