Colony Flow! Level 90 Walkthrough

hard Live 6 colours / pieces Checked September 20, 2026

Level 90 depicts a retro handheld console. The winning idea is clearing the prominent light blue and orange outer borders first to prevent five-slot jams before uncovering interior layers. Avoid sending interior pink or yellow boxes into slots before their blocks become exposed.

How to beat Colony Flow! Level 90 — full solution

  1. Tap the Light Blue 32 box and the Light Blue 45 box from the front row. They slide into slots 1 and 2 to strip the exposed light blue blocks along the top and left edges.
  2. Tap the Orange 36 box and the Orange 20 box from the front row. They occupy slots 3 and 4, peeling off the exposed orange perimeter blocks while the light blue boxes finish draining.
  3. Tap the Pink 45 box and the Pink 49 box. They fill slots 4 and 5, harvesting exposed pink blocks along the lower-left console corner as the orange boxes drain away.
  4. Tap the Light Green 48 box and the Light Green 43 box. They clear the outer light green bands along the upper edges of the handheld frame.
  5. Tap the Light Blue 42 box. It takes a slot to clear the remaining light blue blocks around the screen border, allowing earlier boxes to finish and empty slots.
  6. Tap the Yellow 30 box and the Dark Green 46 box. They peel away newly exposed yellow and dark green detailing on the console screen frame.
  7. Tap the Beige 35 box and the Yellow 20 box. They slide into the free slots and strip the yellow screen area and interior button contours.
  8. Tap the Light Green 24 box and the Light Green 24 box. They harvest the light green casing blocks across the top-right and screen background.
  9. Tap the Light Blue 12 box, Orange 23 box, and Light Green 27 box. They work down the outer right buttons and remaining light green chassis sections.
  10. Tap the Pink 30 box and the Hot Pink 71 box. They clear the pink buttons and directional pad layers inside the console.
  11. Tap the Green 50 box and the Yellow 44 box. They remove interior screen grid blocks and green accents across the display area.
  12. Tap the linked Light Green 23 + Green 20 pair. Both boxes enter slots together to clear the central green screen components.
  13. Tap the Beige 40 box and the Light Blue 20 box. They clean up remaining background stripes and screen pixels.
  14. Tap the Light Green 25 box. It empties the last green blocks from the console speaker and screen corners, completing the level.

Moves that cost you the level

  • Tapping interior pink or dark green boxes early while the outer borders are intact → their blocks are fully covered, leaving those boxes stuck in slots until you run out of space.
  • Tapping a linked pair when fewer than two slots are free → the game refuses the tap or fills your remaining buffer, causing an instant deadlock.

Quick tips for Level 90

  • Always match your active slots to the colors currently visible on the outer edges of the picture.
  • Reserve at least two empty slots before tapping linked boxes, as they always move into slots together.
Board breakdown5 notes
Layout
The picture is a retro gaming console with light blue, green, and pink outer trims surrounding a central yellow and green screen. Below the nest are five empty slots and a dense stack of ant boxes arranged in rows of three.
Goal
Clear all colored blocks from the handheld console image by deploying matching ant boxes into the five available slots.
Opening
Send the front Light Blue 32 and Light Blue 45 boxes into slots, followed by the exposed Orange boxes, to immediately harvest the unobstructed outer border.
Trap
Deploying the Pink 45 box before the light blue corner blocks are stripped will trap pink in a slot with zero accessible targets.
Mechanic
Linked boxes share a connecting bar and must enter the slots simultaneously, requiring two free slots at the moment of tapping.
