How to beat Colony Flow! Level 61 — full solution

  1. Tap the Cyan 25 box (front row, right), Red 18 (front row, left), Yellow 18 (revealed front row, middle), and Yellow 22 (front row, right). Yellow and Red ants strip the outer antenna and border, while Cyan waits for the screen to become exposed. Two slots remain free.
  2. Tap the Black 18 box (front row, right). Black ants begin clearing the exposed TV antenna tips, feet, and outer border. The Yellow boxes exhaust their counts and leave the slots.
  3. Tap the Red 16 box (front row, middle) and Yellow 20 box (front row, left). Red and Yellow ants continue clearing the outer television shell and background blocks, freeing up slots as their counters deplete.
  4. Tap the Black 25 box (front row, middle). Black ants clear the speaker grilles and dial details on the right side of the television casing.
  5. Tap the Black 26 box (front row, right), White 20 box (front row, middle), and Red 20 box (front row, left). Black ants clear the outer dark frame and knobs, exposing inner casing edges.
  6. Tap the Red 20 box (front row, right) and Cyan 25 box (front row, left). Red ants break further into the body around the screen, while Cyan ants begin clearing the screen blocks that are now exposed.
  7. Tap the Red 22 box (front row, left) and Yellow 20 box (front row, right). Yellow ants finish clearing the top background and antenna stems, while Red ants strip down the main casing.
  8. Tap the White 15 box (front row, middle) and White 22 box (revealed front row, middle). White ants strip the exposed glare marks on the television screen.
  9. Tap the Black 20 box (revealed front row, middle) and Red 20 box (front row, right). Black ants clear the channel dials and screen border, while Red ants work on the remaining cabinet blocks.
  10. Tap the Cyan 20 box (revealed front row, middle). Cyan ants dismantle the rest of the TV screen.
  11. Tap the Black 20 box (revealed front row, middle). Black ants finish clearing the screen boundary and bottom stands.
  12. Tap the Black 20 box (front row, middle). Black ants clear the remaining pixel blocks on the board to complete the level.

Moves that cost you the level

  • Tapping the Cyan 25 box too early when the screen is fully enclosed → Cyan blocks are completely walled inside the red TV frame, causing the box to sit idle in a slot and block incoming moves.

Quick tips for Level 61

  • Prioritize border colours like Yellow, Red, and Black before committing to inner display colours like Cyan and White.
  • Keep at least one slot completely open to handle colour transitions without jamming the queue.
Board breakdown5 notes
Layout
A pixel-art retro television with antennas and feet sits inside a square beige frame, with ant nests positioned directly beneath the frame.
Goal
Clear all pixel blocks of the television and background using the boxes in the stack.
Opening
Deploy Yellow and Red boxes from the front row to clear the antenna and top borders, unblocking access deeper into the casing.
Trap
Tapping Cyan or White boxes before their corresponding blocks on the TV screen are exposed leaves them stuck in the slots.
Mechanic
Ants can only collect exposed blocks touching the exterior; covered interior colours must wait until outer layers are removed.

Level 61 questions

  • Why aren't my Cyan ants taking blocks on Level 61?

Cyan blocks form the TV screen and are surrounded by Red and Black casing blocks. Remove the outer casing first to expose the Cyan blocks.
