How to beat Colony Flow! Level 535 — full solution

  1. Tap the Purple 44 box (front row, column 1), the Brown 30 box (front row, column 2), and the Green 35 box (front row, column 3). Purple clears exposed outer sky blocks, Brown strips the bottom framing border, and Green removes bottom-right foreground foliage.
  2. Tap the Light Blue 32 box (front row, column 4) and the Dark Purple 35 box (front row, column 5). These begin stripping the lower edge and outer borders, leaving all five slots busy as counts drop.
  3. As slots clear, tap the Brown 50 box (front row, column 1), the Brown 40 box (front row, column 2), and the Green 36 box (front row, column 3). Brown continues eroding the bottom base border while Green opens up the bottom right.
  4. Tap the Blue 40 box (front row, column 4) and the Yellow 25 box (front row, column 5). Blue strips exposed mid-sky patches and Yellow begins chipping away at the stars and moon.
  5. Tap the Purple 35 box (front row, column 1), the Dark Purple 35 box (front row, column 2), and the Black 42 box (front row, column 3). Dark Purple and Purple dig deeper into the upper night sky, opening the interior swirls.
  6. Tap the Light Blue 40 box (front row, column 4) and the White 35 box (front row, column 5). Light Blue and White strip the swirling wind patterns across the centre of the picture.
  7. Tap the Purple 20 box (front row, column 1), the Brown 35 box (front row, column 2), and the Light Blue 35 box (front row, column 3) to clear remaining lower framing pieces and mid-sky tones.
  8. Tap the Blue 40 box (front row, column 4) and Yellow 40 box (front row, column 5). These strip remaining starry sky sections and moon blocks across the upper canvas until the entire painting is cleared.

Moves that cost you the level

  • Tapping the White 35 box in the early phase → white blocks sit entirely surrounded by swirls in the core sky, leaving the box stuck in a slot until outer layers vanish.
  • Tapping Yellow 25 before green and brown clear the lower half → moon and star blocks have minimal exposed edges early, clogging a slot while ants crawl slowly.

Quick tips for Level 535

  • Always exhaust the bottom border colours (Brown and Green) before bringing in swirl colours like White or Yellow.
  • Keep at least one slot cycling quickly on large perimeter colours like Dark Purple to avoid full deadlocks.
Board breakdown5 notes
Layout
The picture is a Starry Night motif with a brown lower border, green terrain at the bottom right, and swirls of blue, light blue, purple, dark purple, and yellow. Below the nest are five empty slots and a stack arranged in rows of five boxes.
Goal
Clear all coloured blocks making up the painting by routing matching ant boxes through the five slots until the canvas is empty.
Opening
Start with the Purple 44, Brown 30, and Green 35 boxes in the front row. Brown and Green are directly exposed along the bottom edges, ensuring immediate progress.
Trap
Tapping White or Yellow boxes too early stalls them in slots because their blocks are trapped inside concentric rings of blue and purple sky.
Mechanic
Linked boxes with horizontal bars must deploy together, requiring multiple open slots before either can be activated.

Level 535 questions

  • Which colour should I tap first on Level 535?

Tap Brown 30 and Green 35 first. They target the exposed bottom frame and terrain, freeing up slots rapidly.

  • Why is my White ant box stuck in a slot?

White blocks make up the inner wind swirls. You must clear the surrounding blue and purple blocks before ants can reach them.
