How to beat Colony Flow! Level 526 — full solution

  1. Tap the Black 40 box, followed by the Black 38 box, the Light Blue 39 box, the Light Blue 38 box, and the White 30 box across the front row. Their ants clear the lower belly outline, bottom frame, and parts of the water spout, opening all five slots to rapid countdowns.
  2. As slots empty from the opening flurry, tap the Light Blue 30 box from row two and the White 31 box from the right column. These clear the outer white water spray and side edges, exposing deeper layers of the whale's dark flank and ocean background.
  3. Deploy the Black 35 box and the Blue 40 box from the upper stack into freed slots. The black ants continue stripping the underbelly and tail outlines, while the blue ants chip away at the exposed background water and tail base.
  4. Send in the Purple 35 box and the second Light Blue 35 box from row two. They dismantle the upper water plume and the sky border, uncovering the embedded keys inside the water spout and whale outline.
  5. Tap the Green 35 box once its green padlock unlocks to remove the green accents around the spout. Follow with the Light Blue 34 box from the middle stack to finish clearing the water spray.
  6. Unlock and tap the padlocked Blue 40 box along with the remaining Blue 40 and Light Blue 40 boxes. They strip the dense navy blue whale body and ocean waves across the middle and upper canvas.
  7. Tap the final Black 21 box, Light Blue 31 box, and White 21 box to strip the remaining tail flukes and background corners. The ants finish carrying the last blocks to the nest and complete the level.

Moves that cost you the level

  • Tapping the Blue 40 box from row two before the white and black belly outline is cleared → blue blocks inside the whale body remain fully enclosed, causing the box to stall in a slot and block incoming colors.
  • Filling all slots with light blue and blue boxes before freeing the green key in the spout → the Green 35 box remains locked while slots jam without enough exposed light blue blocks.

Quick tips for Level 526

  • Prioritize black and white boxes in the early game to clear the perimeter and belly, which exposes the large blue interior blocks.
  • Keep at least one slot open or cycling quickly so padlocked boxes can be deployed immediately once their keys are collected.
Board breakdown5 notes
Layout
The picture depicts a jumping blue and black whale with a white underbelly spraying a light blue water spout. The stack contains four columns of boxes layered three rows deep, featuring padlocked blue and green boxes.
Goal
Clear all coloured blocks from the whale illustration by deploying matching ant boxes into the five central slots until every cube is carried away.
Opening
The front row allows tapping Black, Light Blue, and White boxes right away, which safely strips the outermost perimeter without clogging any slots.
Trap
The Blue 40 box in the second row is tempting to deploy early, but its target blocks are largely buried inside the whale's torso behind the black and white frame.
Mechanic
Colored padlocks lock specific boxes in the stack; collecting the corresponding colored key hidden within the picture instantly unlocks them for tapping.
