Colony Flow! level guide
Colony Flow! Level 5 Walkthrough
Level 5 features a concentric circular mandala with multiple layered rings. Strip the outermost dark purple and cyan borders first to expose inner black, beige, and warm-toned details. Avoid filling slots with interior colours like pink or yellow until their blocks become reachable along the edges.

How to beat Colony Flow! Level 5 — full solution
- Tap the Black 25 box (front row, middle), the Dark Purple 45 box (front row, middle), the Pink 20 box (front row, right), and the Cyan 45 box (front row, right). Dark Purple clears the outer rim while Cyan clears the adjacent ring, freeing Black blocks to start boarding.
- Tap the Orange 35 box (front row, right) into the slot freed by Dark Purple. Cyan and Black finish clearing their exposed outer rings and leave, leaving two slots free.
- Tap the Beige 25 box (front row, left), the Orange 13 box (front row, right), and the Beige 19 box (front row, left). Orange and Beige remove the outer frame and circular boundary, exposing the middle floral details.
- Tap the Dark Purple 27 box (front row, middle) and the Green 16 box (front row, left). Pink 20 finally begins collecting newly exposed petals in the center. Dark Purple and Green rapidly clear decorative arcs.
- Tap the Purple 5 box (front row, middle) as soon as the center core is exposed. Purple clears the inner blossom, followed by tapping the Green 16 box and Black 17 box from the front row to clear secondary inner outlines.
- Tap the Purple 16 box (front row, middle) and Yellow 18 box (front row, left) into the open slots. They clear the inner star pattern, freeing both slots quickly.
- Tap the Yellow 35 box (front row, middle), the Orange 34 box (front row, left), and the Beige 18 box (front row, left). They consume the remaining spokes and background fill around the central mandala.
- Tap the Dark Purple 47 box (front row, middle), the Cyan 43 box (front row, left), and the final Orange 34 box (front row, middle). They collect the last perimeter remnants to clear the board.

Moves that cost you the level
- Tapping the Pink 20 box without queued perimeter clearers → Pink blocks are buried deep inside the mandala, leaving the box parked in a slot for almost a minute and limiting your buffer.
- Tapping Yellow 35 before clearing the outer beige ring → Yellow blocks are locked behind beige and orange layers, creating a dead slot.
Quick tips for Level 5
- Always target boxes matching the outermost concentric ring currently visible to ensure continuous ant flow.
- Keep at least one slot empty when dealing with multi-box stack rows so incoming revealed boxes have room to deploy.
Board breakdown5 notes
- Layout
- A symmetrical circular mandala centered above a single ant nest hole, with five holding slots and a three-column box stack below.
- Goal
- Clear all coloured blocks from the mandala picture by dispatching ant boxes matching exposed perimeter blocks.
- Opening
- Deploy Dark Purple 45 and Cyan 45 early to peel the exterior borders and allow stalled boxes to resume work.
- Trap
- Placing Black 25 and Pink 20 early stalls both boxes simultaneously, reducing your working area to just three slots.
- Mechanic
- Concentric layer exposure: blocks must touch the open outside edge or hollowed cavities before ants of that colour can harvest them.
Level 5 questions
-
Why is my Pink 20 box stuck at the start of Level 5?
Pink blocks form the central flower core. Strip the outer dark purple, cyan, and orange rings first so the ants can reach the interior pink blocks.
