How to beat Colony Flow! Level 486 — full solution
- Tap the White 40 box and Dark Green/Green 3 box in the front row. Ants begin clearing the white background blocks surrounding the frog.
- Tap the Pink 12 box (row 1, middle) and Light Green 43 box (row 1, left) as they become available. Light green and pink blocks along the exposed perimeter begin clearing.
- Tap the Green 2 box (row 1, right) to send green ants to harvest the outer body pixels. Slots fill with partially clearing boxes as white clears out.
- Tap the Black 35 box (row 1, right) to start removing the black outline around the frog's lower body and feet.
- Tap the Light Green 40 box (row 1, middle) and Green 20 box (row 2, left) to dismantle the lower torso and inner green pixels.
- Tap the Yellow key once it is freed from the frog's eye pixel cluster, unlocking the yellow padlock box in the stack.
- Tap the unlocked Yellow box to strip away the yellow eye accent and remaining highlights.
- Tap the Black 34 box and White 20 box in the front row to strip away remaining outline sections and chin highlights.
- Tap the Green 38 box and Black 35 box to collect all remaining frog face and crown pixels until the board is completely clear.

Moves that cost you the level
- Tapping Black 35 too early before clearing White 40 → black border blocks are mostly sheltered by outer white pixels, jamming a slot.
- Ignoring the yellow key embedded in the frog's eye → the locked box in the stack remains blocked, stalling progress.
Quick tips for Level 486
- Clear outer white background blocks first so the black outlines and green body become accessible.
- Keep at least one slot open while waiting for the yellow key to free itself from the surrounding eye pixels.
Board breakdown5 notes
- Layout
- The picture shows a frog face and body composed of Light Green, Green, Pink cheeks, and Black borders against a White backdrop. Below the nest are 5 empty slots and a multi-row stack of ant boxes.
- Goal
- Clear all pixel blocks from the picture using ant boxes from the stack. Free the yellow key hidden in the frog's left eye to unlock the locked box in the stack.
- Opening
- Tap the White 40 box and Green 3 box already present in the slots/front row to strip the outer frame pixels safely.
- Trap
- The locked box under the yellow padlock will block stack progression if the blocks enclosing the yellow key inside the frog's eye are not dismantled in time.
- Mechanic
- Locked box: a padlock with a yellow keyhole seals one box in the stack until ants excavate the yellow key piece from the picture.
