Level 461 features a Christmas tree pixel canvas framed by a red sky and a pink base. The winning strategy is peeling away the exterior pink foundation and red backdrop before tackling the green foliage and yellow star. Avoid sending tree-core green boxes into the slots before their exterior branches are exposed.

How to beat Colony Flow! Level 461 — full solution
- Let Pink 35 in slot 1 continue stripping the bottom edge, then release Pink 24 (row 1, column 1), Light Green 30 (row 1, column 2), Green 24 (row 2, column 1), and the linked Yellow 10 + Yellow 10 pair in any order. The outer pink base clears and exposes lower tree branches; all five slots are filled.
- As Pink 24 and Light Green 4 exhaust their counts, release Yellow 32 (row 1, column 2), Green 28 (row 2, column 1), and the linked Red 28 pair into the freed slots in any order. Yellow ants clear side sparkles while Red and Green ants strip outer sky and bottom boughs, leaving four slots in use.
- When Yellow 4 finishes removing the star outline, release Pink 20 (row 1, column 3) into slot 3 while Green 21, Green 27, and linked Red 20 continue chipping away at the middle foliage and upper sky. Four slots remain occupied.
- Once Pink 4 clears, release Yellow 5 (row 1, column 2), Pink 35 (row 1, column 1), and Red 30 (row 1, column 3) into freed slots in any order. Yellow ants finish the topper star, Red ants eliminate the background, and Pink ants remove the trunk, leaving five active slots.
