Level 456 features a coiled green snake against an orange background. Strip away the outer orange border and green snake coils layer by layer. Avoid tapping the black and pink boxes early while their internal features remain covered.

How to beat Colony Flow! Level 456 — full solution
- Tap the Green 35 box and Green 8 box in the front row. Their ants clear the lower outer coils of the snake, freeing up space around the base.
- Send in the Light Green 30 box from the front row and the Orange 30 box directly beside it. The orange ants peel the outer borders while the light green ants remove the outer snake sections.
- Tap the linked Orange 30 and Black 20 pair across the lower rows once uncovered. The orange ants peel back the bottom corners of the background while black waits for inner details to expose.
- Release the Pink 8 box and Green 28 box into the remaining slots. The pink ants dismantle the snake's cheek blush and the green ants continue peeling the middle coils.
- Tap the Black 25 box and Dark Green 28 box from the upper stack as they reach the front row. They consume the snake's eyes and dark outline blocks as they become exposed.
- Send the remaining Orange 30 boxes and Orange 26 boxes into the open bays. Their ants remove the rest of the orange background until the board is completely clear.
