How to beat Colony Flow! Level 47 — full solution

  1. Tap the Purple 30 box (front row, right), the Light Blue 25 box (front row, middle), and the Orange 27 box (front row, second from left). Ants begin harvesting the outer edge wave blocks and background orange sky border. Three slots are in use.
  2. Tap the Brown 25 box (front row, left) and the Light Blue 25 box (now front row, middle-right). This clears the outer dark frame and corner edge tiles, freeing up the first slots as counts finish.
  3. Tap the Purple 25 box (front row, middle) and the Orange 25 box (front row, left). As the initial wave crest blocks disappear, the outer perimeter opens up further.
  4. Tap the Orange 30 box (front row, right) and the Red 20 box (front row, right). The orange sky strips down toward the red flower and sun, while the red ants begin harvesting the exposed outer petals.
  5. Tap the White 25 box (front row, middle), the Light Blue 25 box (front row, left), and the Yellow 25 box (front row, right). White ants clear the sea foam crests, exposing the interior wave details and inner sun rays.
  6. Tap the Red 25 box (front row, right) and the Purple 26 box (front row, middle). The red box strips the central floral cluster, while the purple box continues eating away at the deep ocean wave body.
  7. Tap the Orange 25 box (front row, left), the Purple 20 box (front row, right), and the White 25 box (front row, middle). These boxes strip away the remaining upper sun border and the mid-wave foam layer.
  8. Tap the Light Blue 25 box (front row, left) and the Yellow 26 box (front row, middle). Yellow ants strip the exposed center of the sun and surrounding wave spray.
  9. Tap the Red 20 box (front row, right) and the White 25 box (front row, left). This strips the remaining red flower core and the trailing foam line.
  10. Tap the Yellow 30 box (front row, right) and the Purple 25 box (front row, middle). The wave's deep blue base and remaining sun edges are completely consumed.
  11. Tap the final White 25 box (front row, middle). Its ants carry away the last spray blocks along the top and left edges, completing the mosaic.

Moves that cost you the level

  • Tapping the Red 20 box in the opening moves → red blocks form the interior flower and are completely shielded by orange and purple, locking a slot until the perimeter clears.
  • Tapping the Yellow 25 box before breaking the wave crest → yellow tiles reside inside the sun and wave crest, leaving the box stalled in a slot.

Quick tips for Level 47

  • Always match your active boxes to the outermost exposed edge of the mosaic to keep slots cycling continuously.
  • Keep at least one slot open so that newly revealed front-row boxes can be slotted without stalling.
Board breakdown5 notes
Layout
A square mosaic showing a rolling wave crest against an orange sky with a red and yellow flower sun, above a double nest hole, five holding slots, and a layered stack of ant boxes.
Goal
Clear all coloured blocks from the mosaic by deploying ant boxes into the five slots until every block is carried into the nest.
Opening
Deploy the Purple 30, Light Blue 25, and Orange 27 boxes from the front row. They immediately find exposed outer blocks on the sky and wave borders without clogging slots.
Trap
Deploying the inner accent colors like Red or Yellow before the surrounding orange sky and blue waves are cleared leaves their boxes idle in the slots, causing a buffer jam.
Mechanic
Only blocks touching the exterior outline of the remaining picture can be picked up; internal blocks remain protected until outer layers are stripped away.

Level 47 questions

  • What should I tap first on Level 47?

Tap the Purple 30, Light Blue 25, and Orange 27 boxes. Their colours are fully exposed along the outside frame.

  • Why is my red box not doing anything?

Red blocks form the interior flower motif and are surrounded by orange and blue blocks. Clear the outer tiles first to expose the red blocks.
