How to beat Colony Flow! Level 265 — full solution
- Send the Green 20 and Green 35 boxes from the slots into action to begin clearing the outer green frame. Tap the Green 45 and Light Green 45 boxes in row 1 of the stack to continue clearing green blocks.
- Tap the White 35 box from the stack, allowing ants to clear the cat's white forehead and cheek borders. Deploy the Green 23 box to keep peeling away the outer green background blocks.
- Tap the Black 35 box (now Black 19) and Black 47 box, followed by the Hot Pink 45 box (now 21). Ants clear dark outline pixels and expose the inner mouth edge.
- Deploy the Red 26 box and Pink 28 box into the slots to clear the mouth interior and ear accents as red and pink blocks become fully accessible.
- Tap the Brown 40 and Brown 26 boxes to collect the brown coat markings on the cat's ears and head. Tap the White 30 box to harvest exposed white chin and body blocks.
- Tap the Light Green 50 and Green 25 boxes to strip the remaining green musical notes and border pixels from the background.
- Deploy the Pink 15 (now 10) and Pink 7 boxes, alongside the remaining Black 12 and Red 28 boxes to strip the remaining inner face details.
- Tap the final White 31 and White 34 boxes along with the Brown 15 box to clear the remaining body blocks and complete the picture.

Moves that cost you the level
- Tapping the Hot Pink 45 or Red 26 boxes right at the start → Red and deep pink are buried inside the cat's open mouth and have no exposed edge, permanently clogging two slots.
- Triggering the Brown 26 or Brown 40 boxes before peeling off the green border and white outlines → brown patches in the ears remain blocked behind surrounding pixels.
Quick tips for Level 265
- Always focus on Green and White boxes first because they form the outermost layer surrounding the cat.
- Keep at least one slot open at all times to avoid getting locked when a multi-layer box finishes slowly.
Board breakdown5 notes
- Layout
- The picture shows a screaming or singing cat surrounded by musical notes inside a green rectangular field. Two anthill nests sit directly beneath the picture, above five box slots and an extensive stack of ant boxes.
- Goal
- Clear all coloured blocks making up the cat and background using ant boxes from the stack without letting all five slots get stuck.
- Opening
- Start with the Green 20 and Green 35 boxes already in the slots, followed by Green 45 from the stack, as green forms the entire outer perimeter of the picture.
- Trap
- The Red 26 and Pink 28 boxes are deep inside the mouth cavity; placing them in slots early leaves them with zero exposed blocks, locking the bays.
- Mechanic
- Boxes count down as their ants take blocks from exposed edges. Inner features like the mouth and ear patches cannot be touched until the outer layers are completely stripped away.
Level 265 questions
-
What should I tap first in Colony Flow! Level 265?
Tap the Green and White boxes first. They clear the outer frame and outline, which unlocks access to the inner pink and red blocks.
-
Why are my red ant boxes not moving blocks?
Red blocks only exist inside the mouth. You must remove the surrounding white face blocks and green background before ants can reach the red blocks.
