How to beat Colony Flow! Level 264 — full solution
- Tap the White 8 box on the front right and the front Red 25 box. Ants immediately begin clearing the exposed white cross emblem and the top outer rim of the red hat, occupying two slots.
- Tap the Red 20 box from the front row and follow with subsequent exposed Red boxes as slots open. This strips away the top canopy of the hat, exposing the underlying orange and yellow highlights.
- Release the Orange and Yellow boxes revealed near the front to clear the inner hat accents. This opens clear paths to the blue hat band underneath, leaving three slots free.
- Tap the linked Light Blue boxes once two adjacent slots are available, sending both into the bays together. Ants strip the wide light blue band across the forehead, advancing into the antler bases.
- Clear additional Red and Brown boxes from the stack to remove the upper antlers and reveal the yellow key embedded in the portrait, keeping at least one slot open for cycling.
- Collect the yellow key from the picture to unlock the yellow-padlocked Red box in the stack. Tap the unlocked Red box and adjacent Light Blue boxes to continue clearing the lower forehead.
- Tap the Beige and Light Blue boxes to clear the character's face and cheek areas as the remaining facial pixels become exposed. Free the remaining lock keys from the portrait.
- Tap the remaining Brown, White, and Black boxes in any order. The ants strip the remaining chocolate obstacle and black facial outlines, completely clearing the board.

Moves that cost you the level
- Tapping the Beige 20 or Black 20 boxes while the outer red hat is intact → beige and black blocks form the inner face and outlines, leaving those boxes stuck in slots with zero targets.
- Tapping the linked Light Blue boxes with only one slot free → linked pairs require two open bays, blocking moves and wasting valuable buffer space.
Quick tips for Level 264
- Always match your taps to the outermost visible shell of the pixel art; inner face tones like beige cannot be gathered until the hat is stripped.
- Keep at least two slots open whenever linked boxes sit near the front of the stack so they can deploy without bottlenecking.
Board breakdown5 notes
- Layout
- A central pixel portrait of an anime reindeer character wearing a large red hat, flanked by a 700-count brown obstacle on the left and a 50-count locked crate on the right, with five buffer slots above a multi-row stack.
- Goal
- Clear all coloured blocks from the portrait and obstacles by deploying ant boxes into five slots until the screen is empty.
- Opening
- Start by tapping the White 8 and front Red boxes to safely clear the outermost hat blocks and white emblem without congesting the slots.
- Trap
- Deploying the Black 20 or Beige boxes from the front stack early clogs the bays because their blocks are buried deep inside the character's facial features.
- Mechanic
- Linked boxes joined by connectors require two simultaneously free slots to deploy, while padlocked stack boxes require freeing colored keys from the picture.
Level 264 questions
-
What should I tap first on Level 264?
Tap the White 8 box and the front Red 25 box. These target the exposed top edge of the hat and the white emblem without clogging slots.
-
Why won't my linked Light Blue boxes deploy?
Linked boxes enter the bays together and need two empty slots. Free up an extra slot before tapping either box in the linked pair.
