Colony Flow! Level 231 Walkthrough
Level 231 features a holiday scene with candles, holly, and a gift box on a cyan background. Clear the outer cyan sky and red ribbon first to expose the buried green gift box and white candle wax. Avoid sending green boxes early while the package remains covered.

How to beat Colony Flow! Level 231 — full solution
- With Cyan 39 and Red 20 already active in the slots, tap Cyan 46 (row 1, far left). Its ants strip the outer cyan border to uncover the upper corners of the frame, keeping two slots open.
- Tap Light Green 35 (row 1, third from left) followed by Yellow 25 (row 1, far right). They target the exposed holly leaf tips and the top of the candle flame, filling four of the five slots.
- Tap Red 20 (row 2, far right) and Yellow 30 (revealed at row 1, far left) in any order as the first boxes empty. They clear the gift ribbon edges and the flame, freeing two slots.
- Tap the linked Light Green 40 + Light Green 40 pair (row 2, middle) into two empty slots. Both boxes deploy together, clearing the lower holly foliage and exposing the gift box edges.
- Tap Orange 41 (row 3, second from left) and Cyan 40 (row 1, second from left). The orange ants remove the inner candle flame while cyan strips more background sky, leaving one slot free.
- Tap Green 42 (row 2, far left) and Red 24 (row 1, third from left) in any order. The green ants dismantle the gift box package while red clears the central ribbon.
- Tap White 32 (row 2, far left) and Green 40 (row 1, second from left). The white ants consume the main candle pillar and green finishes the gift box, leaving two slots free.
- Tap Cyan 42 (row 2, third from left) and Cyan 45 (row 2, far right). Their ants carry away the final background sky blocks, clearing the board completely.

Moves that cost you the level
- Tapping Green 46 or Green 42 while the red ribbon covers the gift box → the green body blocks are buried under the ribbon, leaving green boxes stuck in slots and clogging capacity.
- Triggering the linked Light Green 40 + Light Green 40 pair with fewer than two empty slots → linked boxes must enter together, and if exposed light green foliage is depleted, both boxes stall and lock the board.
