How to beat Colony Flow! Level 220 — full solution
- Tap the Light Green 45 box (front row, far left) and the Yellow 42 box (front row, column 5). Ants begin clearing the outer green face and yellow rays to free up space.
- Tap the Green 45 box (front row, column 2) and the Green 45 box (front row, column 3). They harvest the perimeter green blocks along the lower and right borders.
- Tap the Light Green 45 box (front row, far right) and the Red 76 box once uncovered. This starts peeling away the red sunburst rays from the top left corner.
- Tap the linked Light Green 45 and Light Green 45 pair linked diagonally across the lower rows. Two slots fill simultaneously to continue stripping the extensive green field.
- Tap the Red 45 box (row 2, column 1) and White 46 box (row 2, column 3). White ants work on the eye and mouth highlights as red continues clearing background beams.
- Tap the Black 50 box (row 1, column 4) and Yellow 45 box (row 2, column 6). Black ants target the facial outlines and pupils while yellow finishes upper sunburst rays.
- Tap the Brown 40 chest once its perimeter is stripped. Brown ants clear the remaining brown elements around the eye sockets and mouth edge.
- Tap the Green 50 box and Dark Green 25 box in the stack to finish the deepest facial shades and remaining Pepe details.

Moves that cost you the level
- Tapping the Black 50 box in the front row early → Black outlines are mostly sealed inside the face and sunburst, stalling the box in a slot for almost the entire level.
- Tapping the linked Light Green boxes without two open slots → You cannot deploy the linked pair and risk jamming your available slots with mismatched colours.
Quick tips for Level 220
- Target the outer Yellow and Light Green boxes first to erode the exterior border before tackling the central face.
- Keep at least two slots open whenever the linked Light Green pair approaches the front row.
Board breakdown5 notes
- Layout
- A pixel canvas at the top depicts Pepe against red and yellow sunburst rays, with a 100-block chest on the left and a 40-block chest at the bottom center. Below the five slots sits a 6-row stack of ant boxes.
- Goal
- Clear all pixel blocks on the board using ant boxes from the stack. There is no timer.
- Opening
- Start by deploying the Light Green 45 box (front row, far left) and Yellow 42 box (front row, column 5) to remove the wide exterior edges safely.
- Trap
- The Black 50 box in the front row center. Its target pixels are interior line art that cannot be reached until the surrounding green and yellow blocks are removed.
- Mechanic
- Linked boxes joined by a bar enter the slots together when tapped, requiring two available slots at once.
Level 220 questions

What should I tap first on Level 220?
Tap the Light Green 45 and Yellow 42 on the front row. They strip outer border pixels and unlock deeper stack layers safely.
-
Why is my Black box stuck in a slot?
Black pixels form Pepe's eyes and outlines inside the picture. Clear the surrounding yellow rays and green skin first to expose black blocks.
