Clear the extensive Cyan border before peeling the Hot Pink cushion and Orange cat. Manage multi-box linked chains carefully so they only deploy when enough slots and exposed matching blocks are available.

How to beat Colony Flow! Level 188 — full solution
- Tap the front-row Cyan 45, Cyan 30, and Cyan 20 boxes in any order. Their ants clear the outer Cyan sky perimeter, exposing the Orange cat's ears and the outer rim of the Hot Pink cushion.
- Tap the Orange 20 box on the left and the newly revealed Hot Pink 26 box. The Orange ants begin trimming the cat while the Hot Pink ants erode the outer curve of the cushion.
- Tap the remaining accessible Cyan 35 and Cyan 50 boxes as rows shift forward. Stripping the surrounding Cyan boundary completely frees space across the edges of the central dome.
- Slide the Yellow 35 and Orange 20 boxes into free slots alongside the active Hot Pink boxes. This peels into the central Yellow house door and trims the Orange cat body, leaving two slots free.
- Deploy the linked Yellow 35 and Cyan 30 pair once upper Cyan patches and the Yellow doorway are fully exposed. The paired ants clear the remaining doorway frame and top background corners.
- Send in the horizontally linked Dark Purple 35, Dark Purple 25, and Dark Purple 36 chain into the three open slots. Their ants dismantle the exposed dark interior pillar and bottom base blocks.
- Tap the linked Cyan 40, Cyan 45, and Cyan 21 group to strip away the remaining Cyan sky remnants behind the cat. This leaves only the core Brown and Orange blocks intact.
- Tap the Dark Purple 32 box and the final Orange and Cyan boxes. The ants clear the last remaining blocks on the board to finish the level.

- Triggering the three-box linked Dark Purple chain while the dome is still fully intact → Dark Purple blocks are buried deep inside, causing all three boxes to stall in slots and block incoming moves.
- Tapping Yellow boxes before the Hot Pink cushion around the door is cleared → Yellow ants find no exposed door blocks, wasting a slot.

- Always clear exterior boundary colours like Cyan completely before bringing linked chains into the slots.
- Linked boxes require multiple slots simultaneously; keep at least three slots open before tapping a three-box chain.
