Colony Flow! Level 173 Walkthrough
Level 173 features an intricate seashell image layered from the outside in with greens, pinks, and inner cyan fluid. Clear outer edge colors first to open up the buried blue and hot pink layers. Avoid filling slots with interior colors before their outer shielding is removed.

How to beat Colony Flow! Level 173 — full solution
- Start with Cyan 30 in slot 1 and Light Green 45 in slot 2. Tap Pink 27 (front row, fourth box) and Purple 24 (front row, far right). Their ants target the exposed edges along the lower shell, leaving one slot open.
- Tap Black 25 (revealed in column 4) and Light Green 35 (revealed in column 5). Black ants dismantle the dark upper-right border while green ants strip the outer upper canopy, letting Pink 27 and Purple 24 finish and clear their slots.
- Tap Pink 24 (front row, far left) and Purple 30 (front row, second box). Ants clear the lower pink base and purple rim, steadily opening access to the inner layers while Black finishes.
- Tap Light Green 35 (front row, center) and Blue 40 (front row, far left). Ants strip deep into the upper green canopy and begin removing exposed blue liquid blocks, leaving Light Green and Blue counting down in the slots.
- Tap Cyan 40 (front row, center) and Blue 24 (front row, left) as earlier boxes expire. Blue and cyan ants harvest the central wave pattern, keeping at least one slot open as green blocks clear.
- Tap Hot Pink 22 (front row, center) and Black 45 (front row, fourth box). Ants clear the inner pink accents and the remaining upper border blocks, exposing the deeper fluid core.
- Tap Pink 27 and Blue 40 in any order to strip the mid-layer remnants. The counts decrease rapidly as the picture thins to its central core, leaving one slot empty.
- Tap Cyan 30, Light Green 35, Black 50, and Purple 30 to clear the final scattered pixels. The ants carry away the last blocks into the nest and all five slots clear.
