Colony Flow! level guide
Colony Flow! Level 158 Walkthrough
Level 158 features a large pixel art image of a drink glass with a straw and orange juice core. Clear the exterior foliage, rim, and straw before deploying orange boxes. Opening orange boxes before exposing the inner drink core will stall the slots.

How to beat Colony Flow! Level 158 — full solution
- Light Green 36 starts in slot 1 and strips exposed green blocks on the outer leaves and upper straw. Tap Light Green 40 (front row, column 1) and Light Blue 40 (row 3, column 1) to clear the bottom water border and expose the side flowers, leaving three slots free.
- Tap Orange 37 (front row, column 2), Purple 25 (front row, column 4), and Pink 40 (row 2, column 4) in any order. The ants dismantle the exposed side flower accents and outer glass rim, freeing slots as counts expire.
- Tap Beige 35, Purple 25, Pink 25, Hot Pink 20, and Orange 35 in any order. As the ants strip the outer background and cup borders, the slots fill to Beige 35, Purple 25, Pink 25, Hot Pink 9, and Orange 33.
- Tap Hot Pink 18, Hot Pink 20, and Purple 26 from the front row as slots open. Ants remove the drink's upper rim and magenta swirl lines, exposing the inner glass layers while keeping at least one slot open.
- Tap Orange 35, Orange 33, and Orange 45 once the central orange juice section becomes exposed. The orange ants strip the drink core completely, uncovering the inner white highlights and cyan straw blocks.
- Tap Light Green 31, Light Blue 46, and White 38 in any order. Green ants finish the straw pattern and remaining leaves while white ants remove the reflective container borders.
- Tap Yellow 35, Beige 37, and Purple 20. Ants clear the top yellow foam and outer background backdrop, leaving only small patches of pink drink and beige glass outline.
- Tap the remaining Hot Pink 15, Pink 25, and Beige 34 boxes. The final ants carry away the remaining pink liquid and glass rim blocks to clear the board.

Moves that cost you the level
- Tapping Orange 35 or Orange 37 from the opening stack too early → the large central orange juice mass is completely buried under the glass outline, causing the orange box to stall and clog a slot.
- Sending multiple Hot Pink boxes while the inner drink layers remain covered by the outer rim → pink ants find no exposed targets and waste slots.
Quick tips for Level 158
- Work from the outside foliage and background inwards toward the glass outline.
- Do not activate orange ant boxes until the white and pink outer glass walls have exposed the central liquid.
Board breakdown5 notes
- Layout
- The pixel picture depicts a tropical drink in a glass with a straw and orange juice base, surrounded by flowers. Below the picture sits a single nest hole, five bays, and a stack of four columns extending downward.
- Goal
- Clear all coloured blocks from the drink picture by assigning ant boxes to the five slots until the entire board is empty.
- Opening
- Light Green 36 is already deployed in slot 1. Following up with Light Green 40 and Light Blue 40 safely strips the exterior perimeter and bottom frame.
- Trap
- The central Orange 35 and Orange 37 boxes are tempting to tap early from row 1, but the main orange mass is buried under the glass walls and cannot be picked up yet.
- Mechanic
- Ants can only pick up blocks of their matching colour that have at least one side exposed to the outer edge of the remaining image.
Level 158 questions
-
What should I tap first on Level 158?
Let Light Green 36 in slot 1 finish the outer foliage, then tap Light Green 40 and Light Blue 40 to clear the bottom border.
-
Why are my orange ants not moving on Level 158?
The main orange juice section is trapped behind the white and pink cup outline. You must peel away the cup walls before orange ants can target the juice.
