How to beat Colony Flow! Level 101 — full solution

  1. Tap the Green 35 box at the front row, left. Green ants carry away the outer green border blocks from the bottom and sides, leaving four slots open.
  2. Tap the Dark Purple 35 box at the front row, middle. Its ants begin clearing exposed dark purple outline blocks along the bottom edges.
  3. Tap the Orange 35 box at the front row, right. Ants start chipping into the exposed orange giraffe body parts along the bottom.
  4. Tap the Orange 20 box and Green 45 box as the stack advances. They continue clearing the outer green and orange lower body sections while keeping slots cycling.
  5. Tap the Dark Purple 39 box, Orange 20 box, and Green 30 box as rows shift up. These boxes break deeper into the giraffe outline and split the green frame into left and right wings.
  6. Tap the Orange 30 box, Dark Purple 32 box, and Green 20 box. The inner yellow-orange body and head areas dissolve, gradually exposing the white teeth block and brown feet blocks.
  7. Tap the White 1 box from the front row, middle. The single white ant immediately retrieves the isolated white tooth block in the mouth, clearing its slot at once.
  8. Tap the Brown 17 box, followed by the Dark Purple 30 box and Green 25 box. Brown ants carry away the exposed foot blocks at the bottom of the board.
  9. Tap the remaining Green 30, Green 40, and Green 25 boxes in any order. The remaining green background blocks across the top corners are carried into the nest to clear the level.

Moves that cost you the level

  • Tapping the White 1 box at the start of the level → the single white tooth block is buried deep inside the giraffe mouth, so the white box idles in a slot and wastes space for most of the solve.
  • Tapping the Brown 17 box before the giraffe legs are cleared → brown blocks only appear on the hooves and lower feet, which remain trapped under dark purple outline blocks.

Quick tips for Level 101

  • Target the green border blocks first to expose the dark purple outline and inner orange shapes.
  • Single-count boxes like White 1 should only be tapped when their specific pixel is completely clear of surrounding blocks.
Board breakdown5 notes
Layout
A square pixel canvas displays a yellow-orange giraffe with dark purple outlines, brown hooves, a single white tooth block, and a green background. Beneath the nest sits a row of five slots above a three-column stack of ant boxes.
Goal
Clear all coloured blocks from the canvas using ant boxes from the stack without letting all five slots fill with stuck boxes.
Opening
Start by tapping the Green 35 and Dark Purple 35 boxes in the front row, which have immediate access to outer edge blocks.
Trap
The White 1 box and Brown 17 box represent interior and bottom details that cannot be carried until their surrounding outline and background blocks are gone.
Mechanic
Boxes with high counts take continuous time to drain; keep at least one or two slots clearing rapidly to avoid gridlock.

Level 101 questions

  • When should I tap the White 1 box on Level 101?

Tap the White 1 box only after the giraffe face and dark purple mouth outline have been cleared, leaving the white tooth block directly exposed.
