Level 557 depicts a colourful tropical fish set inside a dense dark purple background. Win by peeling the outer dark purple and light blue layers first so interior orange, pink, and yellow fish scales become accessible. Tapping inner-body boxes prematurely stalls slots.

How to beat Colony Flow! Level 557 — full solution
- Tap the Dark Purple 42 box (front row, third from left) and the Cyan 41 box (front row, leftmost). Ants clear the exposed outer dark purple border and lower teal pixels, opening access to the fish outline.
- Tap the Light Blue 42 box (front row, second from left) and the Purple 40 box (front row, rightmost). Light Blue ants strip lower tail accents while Purple ants continue carving through the dark purple frame.
- Tap the White 19 box (front row, leftmost) and the Black 25 box (middle column). White ants clear exposed fish markings while Black ants strip dark borders, leaving Light Blue 40 ready in the slots.
- Tap the Light Blue 40 box (front row, rightmost), the Hot Pink 27 box (stack centre), and the Brown 3 box (front row, third from left). Ants target the outer stripe boundaries across the fish flank.
- Tap the Orange 37 box (stack centre) and the Cyan 20 box (front row, leftmost). Orange and cyan ants systematically consume the exposed primary body bands across the fish body, freeing up multiple slots.
- Tap the Dark Purple 40 box, the Brown 4 box, and the Dark Purple 41 box from the front row. Ants dismantle the dense top and left background sections, fully isolating the dorsal fins and bright highlights.
- Tap the Yellow 18 box (front row, right) and the Light Blue 40 box (middle row). Yellow ants harvest the crest and fin markings while Light Blue ants clean up the fin edges down to single digits.
