normal Live 8 colours / pieces Checked September 20, 2026

Level 382 features a space rocket pixel portrait framed by dark purple space blocks and a fiery thruster. Work from the bottom up by clearing the yellow and orange thruster flame and outer dark purple background before tapping white fuselage and red fin boxes. How to beat Colony Flow! Level 382 — full solution

  1. Tap Yellow 18 (front row, left) and Dark Purple 32 (front row, right). Yellow ants clear the inner flame core at the base of the rocket, while Dark Purple ants begin removing the bottom background blocks.
  2. Tap the revealed Orange box and Dark Purple 28 (row 2, right). Orange ants strip away the outer thruster flame, while Dark Purple ants continue clearing the base perimeter, exposing the rocket's lower fins.
  3. Tap Red 8 (row 3, middle), Light Blue 24 (row 3, left), and Purple 24 (front row, right). Red ants begin chipping away at the bottom red fins, and Dark Purple ants finish clearing the bottom border.
  4. Tap Light Blue 6 (front row, left) and Dark Purple 30 (front row, right). Ants clear the lower rocket fins and surrounding Dark Purple blocks, exposing the White fuselage and bottom corners.
  5. Tap White 40 (front row, left). White ants swarm the exposed fuselage, rapidly carrying off the white blocks and uncovering the circular blue cockpit window in the center.
  6. Tap Light Blue 24 and the revealed Blue box, alongside Dark Purple 28. Light Blue and Blue ants dismantle the circular cockpit window, while Dark Purple ants clear the side background columns.
  7. Tap Red 25 (front row, middle) and Dark Purple 32 (stack). Red ants carry off the nose cone and red upper edges, while Dark Purple ants strip away the upper background blocks.
  8. Tap Grey 36 (revealed), Dark Purple 30, and the last Dark Purple 30 in the stack. Dark Purple ants collect the final space blocks at the top border, clearing the entire board and emptying all slots.

Moves that cost you the level

  • Tapping White 40 while the fuselage is still shielded by dark purple space blocks → White 40 sits idle in a slot, blocking incoming boxes.
  • Tapping Red 25 before clearing the bottom dark purple corners → Red ants cannot reach upper nose cone blocks, wasting a slot.

Quick tips for Level 382

  • Clear the thruster flame at the bottom first so that the rocket base and lower fins become accessible.
  • Keep at least two slots open when tapping large count boxes like White 40 to avoid getting trapped by mystery boxes.
  • Alternate between background Dark Purple boxes and rocket colour boxes to ensure ants always have exposed edges to harvest.
Board breakdown5 notes
Layout
A 5-slot rack sits below a pixel-art canvas displaying a space rocket against a dark purple background, flanked by twin nests. Below the slots, a deep multi-row stack contains ant boxes arranged in columns of two to three.
Goal
Clear all pixel blocks of the rocket and background using ant boxes from the stack without filling all five slots with inactive boxes. No timer is present.
Opening
Tap Yellow 18 (front row, left) to remove the exposed flame core, and Dark Purple 32 (front row, right) to begin eating the exposed bottom background blocks.
Trap
Tapping Red 25 or White 40 before the rocket's outer shell and flame are cleared stalls those boxes in slots, as their blocks are buried beneath the dark purple edges and lower red fins.
Mechanic
Ants only target exposed outer blocks of their colour; buried layers (such as the white fuselage and blue cockpit window) remain inaccessible until outer frame and fin blocks are carried away.

Level 382 questions

  • What should I tap first on Colony Flow! Level 382?

Start with Yellow 18 on the left and Dark Purple 32 on the right. Yellow clears the flame core immediately, while Dark Purple strips the bottom framing blocks.

  • Why do my white ants refuse to carry blocks on Level 382?

The rocket's white fuselage is completely enclosed by red fins, the blue window, and dark purple background blocks. Clear the outer borders before deploying white boxes.
